Not as good as Hevy
Might be ok as a concept but in reality it's a non intuitive app that doesn't integrate with Strava. Gave up on it after 5 mins in the gym and reverted back to Hevy

first day app is brutal wanted tomdo.back and biceps wouldn't let me.do it why? no clue If I can't choose my own workout I am canceling be aware.

Before the update it was a 5 start app.
It recently updated and now my app no longer refreshes workouts or offers me others. I get the same lifts every single day it doesn't matter if I refresh or change focuses. I also have not been able to get any support on this issue. Completely defeats the purpose of having the app.

Pathetic
You know how the app often gets killed in the background because the pathetic iOS operating system uses 100% of its memory to operate apps like camera, so when you come back to the app, it has to fetch your current workout from local storage? It takes a CENTURY for this pathetic app to retrieve the cached workout. I triggered a race condition where I accidentally pressed "start workout" at the exact moment it loaded an existing workout and it override the time on the current workout. You should disable "start workout" while the app is figuring out if it needs to fetch a workout from local storage. Absolutely pathetic engineering going on at Fitbod, as usual.

Basic AI, a lot of manual customization needed
I believe there's an issue with the progressive overload tracking in the app. Although I weigh approximately 100 kg and typically use weights between 20-50 kg depending on the exercise, the app frequently assigns me pull-ups and dips, which are currently beyond my capabilities. On the other hand I'm getting other barbell exercises that are way too easy despite of logging my results for several weeks. While I understand I can manually change these exercises, this defeats the purpose of an AI-designed program. The app should ideally suggest exercises that are appropriate for my current strength level while progressively building me up to achieve pull-ups and dips in the future. It would be much more effective to receive alternative exercises targeting the same muscle groups that align with my current weight range and fitness progression.

Great foundation. The app has so many bugs, and lacking a smooth easy experience.
So many bugs with the app. 1. Saved workouts feature is a mess. 2. Cannot rename workouts, cannot reorder workouts in list. Cannot edit workouts. Nothing saves. 3. Still doesn't have a large amount of ab machine workouts. Any planet fitness has so many, but they don't add any. 4. Entering reps and weight is always a chore. Always a 5 second delay with any input. Thinking about finding other apps.
