Glitchy
I've used and paid for the app for several years and now it won't work properly. When I try to start a timer it won't do anything. I can start it on my watch but not in the app.

Profile
Selected the strength training program which was too hard for me. Couldn't find a way to change it later. Also cancelling was tricky, had to fill a survey.

I like the idea of having AI make up a training program that selects the recovered muscles, but it doesn't live up to it. It selected a shoulder exercise even through I had trained shoulders the day before.

So so. Needs some fixing on the algorithm
Keeps recommending I do chest and arms and never legs or back even though I choose only to work out recovered muscles. I do like it lets me choose which equipment I have.

Overall decent
I think the app overall is good, however something I think could be improved is overall performance and screen state management. When switching between screens, there seems to be a small delay before the app accepts new inputs, such as scrolling. For example, when I complete a set and go back to my overall workout, there is a delay before I can scroll through the workout, as if the app is waiting to save the previous set to memory before accepting a new input. Small thing, but becomes quite annoying when after experiencing it after every single set.

Great and customizable
This is a great app that really focuses on how to not over train. Down side: the app doesn't install on Apple Watch.

Best workout app!
Great app, works very well. No hickups, nice interface. However, it would be neat if it was possible to mark some exercises as favorites. (Sometimes you just want to add something real quick, and it takes way too long to search for the right exercise…)

Fitbod app review
The app is great because you can pick your workouts and change them if you need to. The only problem is that it only gives you a 7-day free trial and you have to pay the rest of the days to use the app. If it had exclusive things that only users who pay could use like extra features then that would be better. For younger users who are just working out at a gym or at home and don't have a job to pay, then this might not be for you. But overall great app, I enjoyed my free trial but I am sad to have to use another app because I have to pay.
