Work outs changed when app updated
I still like the app but not nearly as much. Before update app would throw in super sets every so often and had me doing different types of cleans. Not anymore, no supersets an no cleans. I don't want either every day bu definitely on occasion. I am considering I different app.

Repetition
I have been using the app for a couple months now and I'm finding it repetitive because I keep getting the same exercises every day/week and I keep being suggested the same 5-6 workouts all the time and I have to manually switch them out to get a change in the routine. Beyond that the app is okay.

Limited control
New to the app. Seems to have limited control. I wanna do eight exercises and in the default of six exercises. It seems to add two more exercises. I have to manually choose those exercises. The whole point of the app is I don't want to think I want to be recommended. Disappointing.

It's a great app. Actually it has helped go back in shape compared to other apps that promise the same. However the max effort feature gets really annoying. It's unpractical to have 3 max effort day workouts that you have to find the weights in a busy gym. Max effort feature doesn't give consistency if there are 2 or 3 in a routine.

Tried alot of workout app, this one's pretty good. It's trying to eliminate my shoulders though. Have it set to train recovered muscles, but for some reason it asks me to train shoulders when they're at "0%", like every workout. Other than that small annoyance, it's a good app.

I was told on a subreddit that this app was free and a good way to support exercise and just trying to set it up the first day has proven to be a pain. Immediately I'm shown that there is a free trial time and you will be billed right away after it ends and "you can cancel anytime," but none of the ways to get in to cancel are working and the website is even telling me my password is incorrect even after verifying email and resetting a password. Highly sus.

Made for babies
First thing I did was try to add my own workout in that I already plan to do today. Couldn't do it efficiently because first I had to bypass 20 different screens about predetermined workouts and what the app decided is best for me. Uninstalled. It's not a planner if it's filled with someone else's plans.

Impossible to sign up. I have to switch to my banking app to approve the payment, and then when I come back to this one I'm back at the select plan screen.

The app is excellent, with a few caveats. My biggest complaint is the lack of customization in terms of equipment. I have several items in my home gym that I'm unable to include in my workouts, such as a hydraulic chest expander. Additionally, it's a little baffling that I can't tell the app what plates I have access to for barbells - it keeps recommending I add weight I do not have. Lastly, it has on more than one occasion recommended I work out a muscle at 0% recovery.
