Do not sell ur services
Hello I've used fiver as a buyer a few times and thought it was a good app, then I became a seller, I made a gig to sell my services and thought it was perfectly fine but apparently the auto system for fiver took it down and got me banned, when I talked to customer support about it they tell me that there automated system flagged me and there is nothing they can do, just saying maybe ur system isn't perfect and maybe don't do something like this to a first time seller, I would like to get the word out that fiver doesn't really care about its sellers but I doubt this review will do anything

Worst translation I’ve ever seen
My first time hiring a highly rated translator and the results are scarily awful. I struggle to understand how, as professionals, they write something more unreadable than Google translate, and miss-spelled my name in every document! I paid $150 for this and no way to get it back. Unbelievable.

Bugs in IOS apps
It's too difficult to use IOS app compared to android app. In IOS when you are downloading a file you have to keep the screen turn on and open fiverr app only. You cannot switch apps during downloading and uploading. The background downloading and uploading will be canceled immediately. You'll have to wait for hours if file sizes are big to download/upload.

Useless! My account got shut down minutes after creating it for no reason!
I created an account this morning on Fiverr as I'm looking to hire a video editor and my account got shut down minutes after I created it for violating of terms of service with a note in the email that I can't contact their support service. All I did was to send a polite email to an editor to request a quote with the description of the work that I need doing… I have no idea what the matter is, I'm a decent person looking to hire a professional freelancer, not a bot or a troll. This company is an absolute waste of time!!

I have been used the app for 4 years, but when a scam happens, they are ready to let customers withdraw my fee while my money and effort I put into the product was taken by the scammer. They charged very high fee on each order of users but there is absolutely no protection. I am really disappointed because I have been with app for a long time. I sent evidences & screenshots of the chat, but it is meaningless. They said I should accept it. Yah I should accept the loss & move to another app

Another app that exploits talent at the cost of taking profit and extorting money from those who lend it, with a mousetrap of Costs that put at risk charging for what they do. In the end, the app makes money, the freelancer provides optimal services at ridiculous prices (margin for the app), the freelancer gets fed up and leaves, there is only mediocrity left at the service of the clients, one day it collapses and closes, but with TOP profits, at the expense of those who provide the service and those who pay. Same pattern as in teaching and similar apps.
