Good food … not great customer support
Good for veggies and bread, and other groceries too. Just have no way to cancel an order which is kind of hard especially when it is a system glitch, that shows your order as not placed when it is. Have contacted customer service and haven't heard back been about 2 weeks. So use with caution.

App no longer works
I can't use it anymore, the App keeps shutting off. I can't use it for more than a second or two. It was good while it worked for a few months

Flashfood was great and in some areas probably still is. I was able to get yogurt, cookies, sandwiches, etc. Unfortunately in my area, all the Loblaws stores (the only stores that use the app here) stopped adding a variety of product and only use it to offload suspicious looking seafood.

Garbage! They updated the app and even though I have the OS they support, the app update does not work for me and now I can no longer use the version that does work on my phone. Reaching out to customer service is a joke. All you get is the same basic general responses from AI, which often don't even answer your questions. And if they escalate you to an actual person, you can find yourself waiting 2+ weeks to hear anything back. Frustrating!! How is there not a web version of Flashfood yet??!

Items are never in the store when the app says they are. This has happened to me the last 3 times I've went. I will not be using the service again.
