So far nothing has been able to be paid by EBT. U can check how much u have in your EBT account. Everything that you can purchase with EBT in store u will not be able to purchase with FoodFlash app. Make sure u check your stores. I can understand having to use a credit card for the service fee.

Missing orders
I have submitted at least two reports going to pick up my items, one at No Frills in Spryfield, and one at Superstore in Tantallon. Unfortunately, I have not hear

I had installed this app a couple of years ago but deleted it because there was nothing reduced that I would eat. A friend mentioned that she got meats and other items on it recently so I decided to check it out again. Some stores don't offer many items because I was told that staff take most of the items. Hopefully, this is not the case any longer.

What I don't understand is why you are charging the consumer a fee when this app benefits the store. They are avoiding throwing away foods that are about to expire and loose a profit. This app is to obviously target people who are struggling financially and yet you expect them to be the one to pay a fee?!

The app logged me out. I forgot my password so I asked to get a reset password link and it isn't sending to my email. So basically unusable.

One star until fixed. Why do I have to log in and agree to terms almost every time I open the app. I have not changed anything on my acct. I update app when prompted. Need to fix

Each update breaks everything else. Currently cannot even log in as it goes right back to a log in screen. I guess I am done.

Customer service tickets intentionally hidden to avoid refunds, website does not work on Firefox mobile. Got a moldy box of vegetables, and it wasn't easy to get my ticket processed
