Very unreliable. I've tried it on Android and iOS. It used to work great, but since the latest update I cannot login on Android at all and cannot complete payment for order on iOS.

Big deals in beginning….
Ok deals were great in beginning but now some stores location post horrible overpriced deals especially because you get fruit and vegetables almost rotten. I still buy but not like in beginning sorry. I don't know if you have control of what some store post and for what price but some of them are ridiculous lately.Wish I could attach some pictures for what they offering as deal ,embarrassing!!!!!

App failure
I have tried for several days to order stuff from various grocery stores using this app. I get all the way through the process. It allows me to put the items in my cart and then I go to pay for it and it says some of these items are no longer available, but it doesn't tell you which ones so you have no clue. then it empties your entire cart. I do not have time for this.

Great concept, poor execution.
I love the concept of this, but the stores who participate are failing in their part. The Meijer by me barely posts anything new ever. I don't think they continue updating this app. Even though the Dashmart near me post new products all the time, they wait till literally the last second. Maybe give it more than a week and you'll get more people buying it. I'm not going to buy a whole gallon of milk or a block of cheese when it expires tomorrow and you just posted it today. If those things get worked on from the retailers, I think this would be great!

As I'm shopping, had something in my cart, still shopping, someone just bought it out from under me! Not cool.

Decent app but items are often missing during pickup
More often than not, there are missing items during pickup. Flashfood has also removed the option for the stores to give a refund to customers in such cases, so there is a 2-3 week wait (or more) to get a refund for items that were missing from the fridge during pickup. Flashfood needs to be firm with the stores so their staff take more care about what items they hand to customers. I've personally been handed wrong items and I had to give it back and switch it for the right items. The service could be great if they take the effort to fix these issues.

Not working on Apple Phones
I tried to download this app but when open it is just a blue screen with the words Flash Food on it. Then it doesn't do anything else. Have deleted it and reinstalled several times and it still doesn't work. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't know what else to do.

Great app however….
We live this app and use it quite a bit only couple issues though. One the pictures are blurry and the size/weight is never visible which makes it almost impossible to know if the item is worth the price. Interesting also in our store sometimes the same items are on the shelf (mostly meat) for the same price without the “processing fee”
