Not working after update
No response from flash support after a week and numerous attempts to contact. So disappointed and will delete this app since it doesn't work anymore.

This was a good app. Then they started charging a fee and it went downhill. Response time starting taking days. They updated the app while I was in the middle of getting refunds for items that were not at the store. They stopped responding. I tried again on the new app, thinking maybe it got lost on the shuffle. They said it was past 14 days so they couldn't refund it, though I had mentioned this was a second try. It's been over 24 hours and no response. I've about given up on the app.

Poor refund policies. There was a bait and Switch! I ordered certain frozen items from Flashfood and when I went to the store the store gave me something of the same nature, but really they were not what I ordered via the app. I had pictures as proof. I asked for a refund but their refund policies start from counting a period after the purchase date but not the pickup date. How would you know until you have picked up the items that they didn't match the pictures? Mad! 😠😡🤬😤

This app was great until the recent update! Now it's horrible! Difficult to navigate and if you CAN find your way around, photos won't load! I'm about to just delete it and forget it. Bad move on the update Flashfoods. It was just fine before! 😡

First, no need to submit a ticket with the problems. The person replying to these comments can relay the message. Refunds are so slow now, over 2 weeks and nothing. The app is still buggy. No response when searching areas. Have to press search area to refresh items at store. Retarts always needed. Why the tiny picture on the orders to complete. It used to be big and useful when the supermarkets phone doesn't work and the look off the customers phone.

The new update is horrible! Not user friendly, pictures not showing up and just a very bad update. Never understood why people try to fix what is not broken! If you look at all the latest reviews, it would most likely do you some good to go back to the old way. Not one person has given this update a thumbs up. Please just go back until you can do better. Listen to your customer base and it might help you. If 10/10 say it's a donkey, it's a donkey!

I've loved this app since I started using it, being able to shop discount food from home before even making my shopping list has been a godsend, but ever since the update most of the photos don't load. I don't know if this is an issue on the app end or the store end.
