Not as I hoped
The customer service they have is all automated with a chat bot which is useless and frustrating. After a day or so someone finally responds via email. I have made 3 payments and only my first payment has been reported to the credit bureau?? I have questioned this and they told me to wait but I would think my 3nd payment should have been reported by now. So I am paying and not getting what I paid and sig ed up for. I will give them one more month to figure it out. Sad

It’s a lie
It's a like that you can do your rent payments in half. The first payment is really high and it is not half like they say!!

Expensive
Used to be a 6.99 membership fee and now it's about $15 PLUS the processing fee. So almost $20 a month for myself. Stupid expensive??? Not sure how much longer I'll be using this ✌️✌️

High fees
Everything is good but they gave me less credit line and they charge 14.99 a month which is ok. But also for each transaction. I pay 30$ a month on an average which is expensive I feel. Just the monthly fee should be enough. Thanks

Insf Charges
My account My January payment states I had insufficient funds in my account. I had more than enough funds in my account. I was not notified by my bank that there was an issues and my funds came out of my account on Jan 2. It would be nice to speak with someone about this and where the discrepancy is.

Flex rent
Flex is helpful but it would be better if the payments couldn't actually be adjusted to what we can pay in the split and the fees lowered
Flex - Rent On Your Schedule - Product Description
Rent pay your way.

Flex splits your monthly rent into two payments, helping you pay rent on time, improve cash flow, and build your credit history — so you can breathe easier every month.

Each month, you pay part of your total rent up front and pay the rest later in the month, when it works best for you. We pay your rent in full to your property when it’s due.

Flex charges a monthly membership* fee of $14.99. A payment processing fee is also charged (amount varies, but is a small percentage of the monthly rent based on your chosen payment method).

*Flex services are offered as a monthly membership, which includes access to a Flex line of credit account from Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. Member FDIC at 0% APR. Membership will automatically renew until canceled. Members must make their initial payment and pay their Flex account balance in full each month to use Flex for the following month. Flex reports member payment history to TransUnion, and late or missed payments may be reflected on credit reports. Not all applicants are approved. Flex credit line amounts vary per user based on eligibility. Graphic is illustrative only. Terms and conditions apply.
