Payments are late and it doesn't suit me. They also charge you $15 for fees and it's not fair that one pays more for an app.

NOT GOOD
I tried to use Flex for my rent. I was paying with a credit card. The credit payment wouldn't go through. I contacted my credit card company and they said it was because Flex was processing it as a cash advance instead of a credit card. I tried to contact support. The chat bot was frustrating and useless. There is no phone number to contact a live person. The bot emailed their support team and all they told me was to change payment methods. I did. I used every credit card I have and still the same problem. Now I'm scrambling trying to figure out an alternative.

You can't even speak to a human being. Their live chat is garbage they can't even answer a question I'm paying ten dollars more in rent using them and it's not the membership fee, and I can't get any answers as to why I'm pay ten dollars more. Granted ten dollars is not a lot of money but I like to know why I'm paying more. Really think about canceling my membership. You should be able to speak to a human being.

They send emails that appear to be obligatory for residents. It's a malicious practice to trick unsuspecting people into paying for a service when all they need to do is pay their rent via the management company's initial application. This can further complicate, unnecessarily, the rent payment process for people. They are a credit lender for rent payment, nothing more. It's a malicious business system that can and likely does prey on those who would be misguided into believing Flex's ruse.

Can't delete or change info from the app so I left it up, sent me a long change in terms I didn't read,charged me a monthly fee after a year even though I don't use it,did not reply to my questions about refund when I finally figured out how to cancel same day charged,felt like a scam

Worst customer service ever, they took money off my card, made a fraudulent move on my on 2 accounts. Took 2 payments with account already close. So glad my apartments don't deal with them anymore. Wish I had the 2 guys name who took my money. I need to report them to the authorities.
