Rent not paid

I received a notice of failure to pay today even though I received an email from Flex saying it was paid on 10/30. The amount was debited from my account on that day, but now I have to speak to leasing office about this incident. Flex was supposed to help me establish my credit.

They steal your money. You give them access to your money to pay the rent, but they pay themselves on the side. They stole $109.29 from me this month alone. I'm going to be reporting them to the FTC, BBB, and the attorney general. If they steal your mom, please do the same.

Deplorable customer service

This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. You sent multiple emails and they never answer your emails. They also take it upon themselves to raise your rent and charge you more money than what your apartment complex charges you in your rent. I have lodged a complaint with this company with the BBB. I would not recommend this company to use to pay your rent. They are shysters.

So far so good, just tried for first month, got second portion payed. A lot better to be able to break up rent into two payments, first one is a bit more, I thought it would be half n half, but the second one way cheaper, more money left in your pockets, and if I'm correct, it should help with credit score? Yet to see that part. Monthly payment, annoying, already take a percentage rent, just making us sub n waste more..would make it 5 if otherwise. Don't like the monthly fee.

It was working pretty well, very convenient, and the perks are good; then, this month, my rent payment wasn't made, and I was charged a late fee by my property. Luckily, they were nice enough to waive the fee once I explained what happened, and she explained to me how Flex works. And I really hate that they don't post a phone number, and the bot is not helpful at all!! All in all, though, I have been satisfied!

The app just froze on me and overshadowed everything on my phone. I couldn't even turn off my phone because when the app froze, it sat on top of everything.

Flex splits your monthly rent into two payments, helping you pay rent on time, improve cash flow, and build your credit history — so you can breathe easier every month.
