Cancelled subscription within trial period via Google Play but it apparently didn't take. Was charged the $270 annual fee. Emailed the support address complaining of the charge. Waiting to hear back.

All the songs that I like and am happy about were blocked at once. That's really stupid. And having to pay for so many songs makes sense, but not even the ones that are unlocked can stay unlocked, which is really not great.

So like about a month ago I was going to play moonlight sonata for free then a month later KABOOM IT COSTS PREMIUM SIMPLY PIANO IS BETTER!!!!!

Not worth it

With the basic package, very few songs to pick from/ mostly shows you the premium songs, which are locked. Also the “wait mode” doesn't registered my keys 50% of the time so I have to continue to press the same key repeatedly for it to move on. More frustrating than anything. Honestly bummed I wasted my money

Cost went up to “unlock” songs

I paid an annual fee, and had been using the app for months very well, then did an update and suddenly have to pay a fee to “unlock” the same songs that I was already learning. This is terrible since I already paid. I closed my account. Not going to pay twice for something.

I LOVED THIS APP!! ,and it helped me learn my parents' "first dance" at their wedding song, (Your Song by Elton John.)Then they changed the billing, and I couldn't afford the nearly £200 up front. . So I chose the monthly, which it says was £13 but when you click on it, that's only if you pay a year up front. If you want to pay monthly, it's over £25. In the economic climate we are in, I find it offensive. I am forced to pay over twice the amount of someone who can pay huge amounts up front
