Unable to connect flight to my sky miles account through the app. After scanning passport, unable to correct information without manually reentering all info (ie, Middle name was added to First name, was unable to adjust this). Unable to check in for flight (attempted multiple times). After checking in with an agent in person, the app still shows me as not checked in. Thankfully they printed a boarding pass, otherwise I would not be able to fly!

Major Inconvenience
The app is malfunctioning on iOS. It doesn't load properly. I used to have to refresh to see my boarding pass. Now it just comes up with all my past flights instead of the current one. If the app is supposed to be ease of access to flight information, then it is failing miserably.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from an airline
I wouldn't use Delta if you rely on want to be able to rely on getting updates about your flight, especially when you're short on time like I was on my layover. I never got a notification, and when I got the original gate I found out the plane had changed gates. It took me too much time to get to the new gate. The help desk talked to me in a commanding tone, repeatedly telling me “there are screens all over the airport that you can check for you gate.” I work in a customer-facing role, and I'm a strong believer in not taking out frustration on customer-facing employees. I hadn't said anything rude to the employees before they were talking to me like this. I fully understand there are screens all over the airport, and when you've just missed your flight because you thought you could rely on notification updates, this is the last thing you want to hear (especially when it's repeated in a commanding tone to you). I followed up with customer service through the app, and the multiple reps simply did not understand what I meant when I asked if I can expect to rely on notifications on gate changes. I've been trying for over an hour now to simply figure out the answer to this and have my poor experience heard. The reps also refuse to even talk about the poor experience at the help desk. Other airlines have had no problem at all giving me simple notification updates. If that's just not what Delta does, then it's understandable and it was my mistake to make the assumption. But to not even be able to get that far in a conversation with 4 different customer service reps now has made this a truly bad experience.

Card perks
The card perks are not where they used to be. Even you get a flight using the Delta card you still get assigned in the middle section.

Ticket price and frequent flyer program
As a frequent flyer flying back-and-forth between Columbus, Ohio and Minneapolis, Minnesota I found Delta airline, reliable, predictable, safe and comfortable airline. The quality of service met my expectation, that's why I continue choose Delta. However, I'm becoming increasingly more concerned about the ticket price, and also recently I was downgraded from gold to silver medallion despite flying twice a month for several years now. Overall, I enjoy flying Delta, I hope they fix those problems going forward.

It's really difficult to sign in, no password managers allowed to fill in and if you switch apps, it freezes.
