Unbelievable that you cannot reach an agent to help with adding a checked bag to resv

This is the worst airline app I have ever used. It does not give updates/push notifications about your flight and when you try to look up information, it buffers endlessly. Hard to navigate and glitchy transfer to Apple wallet

Another airline's money grab can't get bags online so I pay more at airport

Basically I tried twice to change my flight for $75 with the “same day change” button they had on the app, just for it to tell me both times that it couldn't complete my request. But it took my money both times. I finally called in for the rep to tell me it's because I was checked in already to my flight that was leaving within 3 hrs! Of course I'm checked in & why did the app take my money without letting me know that I couldn't make the change. Once the lady checked me out of the flight I was able to make the change. Then the price increased to $125!!! I had to get a supervisor on the line to fix multiple issues and they did after I begged them to make it right but they still had my $150! The worst part about it is, it's been over a week and the charges are still pending on my account. I can't make a claim to my bank until they process it or 10 days after they've held it! I have gone on my trip and returned with $150 less than I planned on traveling with! I won't even go into the particulars not associated with this app, I.e. customer service, because this review is about the app, just know the app is flawed & their customer service has gone down significantly. All it had to do was tell me WHY it couldn't process my request & to call in, WITHOUT TAKING MY MONEY! Why is this even allowed! Then the supervisor told me it would be back in my account in 24 hrs! It was not! When I called back the new rep said 10-14 business days! A nightmare. Besides the fact that I did it twice because I thought the first time it was because I took too long. Nope it was because I was checked in. And that wasn't the error message! It just said it couldn't process my request! That is ridiculous for an airline this size & stature. Their pending status for processing their credit cards should default to 2 days or less! Especially since the actual flight I ended up paying for was processed within 24 hrs. So that is a total of 3-$75 charges. $225 Delta. But my money, the $150 that doesn't belong to them, they've held for over a week! A nightmare. This should be illegal! Especially when you know people might be traveling around the time period that they're making changes on. No one should have to wait over a week for money that shouldn't have been taken in the first place. And you should not be able to hold my money for this long when there is nothing to process. Period. A nightmare! This entire process was A NIGHTMARE and had me in a frazzled space for the beginning of my trip. And made me regret even booking with them, let alone make any changes.

Could not pay for a seat upgrade a state errors or something but all was correct

Constantly hit this error when trying to book. This is a brand new current year iPad. Something is very wrong with this app.

I can't request mobility assistance.

Comfort + is not plus anything. The food is terrible, the legroom is awful. I am average height and my knees were up against the seat in front for 15 hours. Wi-Fi was broke. The only good things was the flight was on time and the entertainment was actually pretty decent.
