Totally Disappointed
I started my trip with the gate agent closing the door with 10 minutes boarding time remaining. The Delta solution was to have me stay at the airport 3 1/2 hours after my original flight left, putting me on a flight in the middle seat…thus losing my window seat, paying $50 to make that change and causing me to miss a portion of the NFL NFC championship game. I can honestly say that this was one of my worst experiences in recent memory.

Bad App
This app doesn't work right over 60% of the time. Says I'm checked in but won't show my boarding pass. Looks like I start flying American!

Bags
Why would they not allow are bags to be sent all the way through now we have to pay for storage. Who is going to give my husband and I our money back?

Can’t enter credit cards on the app
Delta tech never fails to disappoint- can't book flights on the app. My CC saved to my profile online but not on the app and I can't add a card to it. Seriously it's always something

International Boarding Passes
If your first leg of a flight requires a paper boarding pass, the app boarding pass for the 2nd leg doesn't work properly. It won't show up and when it does it disappears with a refresh.

Flight 401 & 1587 on Jan 24
Not a very good experience. Flight crew late in falls, arrived late in Atlanta. The the Atlanta flight takes off early without myself and business companion. I was at the gate prior to the departure time but the flight left early, knowing that we got out of Dallas late. It's like you wanted to leave us high and dry?

Full of bugs
I have had to delete and reinstall the app several times for things like not letting me input my credit card info or personal information that is usually saved on my profile. Recommend you take a look at your app.
