WORST BUSINESS BANK EVER
You or your finance department will waste hundreds of man-hours trying to get basic tasks done. One day, payments you make every month will stop working. They will tell you that their fraud department picked up suspicious payments. Good luck reconciling that. Next month, your integration into your accounting app will stop working. They will advise you to change accounting apps. The month after you cannot sit your staff because their systems are offline. They will always rub you off onto the call centre who then doesn't have the capacity to deal with the issue. Save yourself the hassle. Try another bank.

This services suck even the manager Calvin is useless ,couldn't help with changing just a street name ,they've send us away and told us we need to have a Capitec account to change just a street name ,we had a utility paper where we stay but the person is late upon our moving there,we now feel we should close our accounts with Fnb ,if they can easily state there (MOTTO).How can we help you ,Theyre lying they can't help as what they state,The staff are useless and so is the manager Calvin ,Vangate

first time it was great now it's misbehaving I cant even send money transfer or even check my statements it only takes four numbers of my pin always showing off line but can get messages I already deleted it and download it myby 2times what must I do always at work

The FNB Banking App embraces the future of help and our new look and feel will do just that 
Some features to look out for: 

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it. 
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles?  No problem!  Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”. 
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals. 
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved.  It’s that simple. 

What is Pay? 
We have renamed Payments to Pay.  This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history. 

What is Secure Messaging? 
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list.  Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.
