Can’t transfer anymore
The app will not let you transfer money across accounts any more. Bad enough we can't deposit money at the ATMs, now we can't manage our own money.

On top of drawing the account he already charged me 3 times surcharges of 34 dollars in just 3 days he already charged me 102 dollars

I had money taken out my account from eye doctor. That put me in negative and I told the bank even had receipt from the eye doctor refunded my money that would put me back in positive position the lady working said that they won't charge me overdraft fee in account. When the money was refunded a couple days ago I called and they refused to waive the overdraft fee. Nothing but a greedy bank trying to make a extra buck to save their blank! I pissed off going close my account when I paid the blank!

Trouble loading
Since its last update, the app allows to log in but it doesn't load bank account information, it stays loading until it freezes. If anyone else is having this issue or knows how to fix it please reach out thank you.

it was good, but then they closed my savings account without telling me. ok, fine. but now my checking account is gone. I still have access to the app, but my banking details are gone. completely gone. and apparently, there's a service error preventing me from using the send a message function? please fix this.

I was on chat with another person and she did not help me with my acct,I have had unauthorized use on my card where I had to get another card,but there was a $12 charge that she could not give me credit for,and at this time I'm still waiting on my new card that she says,it was never ordered .Bad Service ....
