Needs a option to stop or dispute charges
It would be way better if I could have the option of disputing a charge without going through the long process of getting a agent on the phone or being able to block any institution that you no longer use to stop charging your account.

Everything works fine for except for one thing. For some reason, I can't use the Zelle option on the app. It just keeps buffering and won't open at all. It's been like that for a while now.

Could not get in with app, so called bank, got temporary password, attempted to change password and button to change did not color-stayed Grey and did not function at all. Have updated the app and that did not do anything.New passwords matched, but everything was stuck at that juncture and stayed stuck. There was no progress.

Changing banks because of this app
This app and bank have left me stranded on the side of the road, left me trapped in parking garages, and have let people across the country steal my money. If something happens to you during a weekday from 9-5 you're ok. But God forbid you have a life and something happens to you after bankers hours, you'll never get anyone on the phone or the useless chat function. Even something as simple as a function to approved blocked charges on the app would be welcomed, but apparently their crack team of subcontinent engineers can't figure how to make this work. For the love of God just let me spend my own hard earned money!!!!!!!!
