I activated Foodpanda Pro hoping for quicker, reliable deliveries, but the service fell short of expectations. Orders were consistently late, and riders often made additional deliveries before reaching me, causing further delays. Customer support was slow to respond, leaving me frustrated and feeling like I didn't get value for my Pro subscription.

I've had multiple negative experiences with Foodpanda. Not only have they charged excessive delivery fees, but on several occasions, my orders have either been delayed or not delivered at all. Despite contacting customer service, the response has been slow and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed with the service, and it feels like they're overcharging customers without delivering on their promises. I will be looking for alternatives moving forward

Officially delete this app today. After waiting for an hour and a half twice in a row, the order was cancelled due to the lack of delivery staff. It's all the same. What's the matter, isn't other people's time time? If you don't have a delivery person, close the platform, and don't let people order. Do you want me to teach me so simple?
