Zero Stars actually !!!!! This update is Trash !!! I can't even log in. Keeps telling me either my email or password is wrong, but the same stuff works on the website with no issue. I'm done with you guys. Sticking to Finishline or SNKRS app.

Seems like every time a new drop comes in, it signs you out and won't let you sign back in for some time or let you see your reservation. Every single time I try to sign back in it won't even recognize my email. This app sucks and even with the new layout, it keeps having the same issues as before.

So many reviews say the same thing and it should be very embarrassing for the developers of this app. Now I understand that BOTS have to be contended with. But for this app to constantly crash, stall or not load at all, is utterly ridiculous. These issues have been ongoing far too long for the devs to not have solved or at least mitigated them by now. The FTL and Champs apps are PATHETIC. To us as consumers and patrons, this tells us you don't give a damn about the inconvenience it causes us.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER
I placed an order about a month and a half ago and I never received it. And STILL haven't. It doesn't even say it processed yet. I've tried reaching out to customer service and calling NO ANSWER and all I ordered was a sick pack of black Nike socks I can't imagine getting anything else from this app if I could give it a zero I would. At this point I'm about to call corp of this place.

Since the newsest update, the app blocks me in the middle of browsing. It thinks I'm a robot, and says there's "suspicious behavior". I guess FL doesn't like money. Terrible app!
