After the update the configuration is gone

Honestly, how can you not test something like this beforehand? Now I have the update, but no configuration anymore. This is especially great when you are on the move, which is the use case for VPN solutions.

The code entry window usually does not appear. If it does appear, after entering the code, the connection process is visible, but it ultimately fails to connect to the network. On other devices, using older versions of the app, it works fine. Version 7.4.4 is broken and prevents VPN connection. Your customer support is useless. Despite providing a detailed report of the issue, I received a response saying tha I should look for a solution on the forum. I found nothing useful there.

They've screwed up with the update. All the VPNs have been deleted. It no longer works when I reconfigure.

SSL VPN does not connect after update to 7.4.4

Rubbish. This update has broken our ssl vpn connections for anyone using the 2-factor authentication. Only way for it to work is to disable 2FA. Please issue a fix asap.
