If you experience fraud, don't expect any support. I was phished and told Found within 60 seconds, they refused to reverse the charges, said they would fall off naturally, when they didn't, they refused to take responsibility. I'm out hundreds of dollars and Found doesn't care. They emailed that the customer is responsible for their own security. Look them up on Reddit you'll find many such cases. And try to find Found (Piermont Bank) on Google maps, they don't exist. Horrible experience.

I don't trust Found. In app security doesn't exist..I was able to take screenshots and open the app right to the home page without logging in..then when I was working with customer service through email they needed sensitive information to verify me so I won't get my issue fixed (that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place) because I refuse to provide that information through an unencrypted email platform. I'm closing my acc after just weeks of starting to use Found. :(

Locked me out of my account for literally NO reason and will not accept my ID CARDS/DRIVER'S LICENSE to verify my identity. The SAME ID cards used to OPEN THE ACCOUNT. Customer service representatives are very unhelpful. I ask them specific questions about specific things and they automatically respond with the same generic replies over and over.... They are holding my money HOSTAGE! There are wayyy better business account apps out there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PSEUDO - SCAMMING APP!!!!

Horrible scamming customer service. We opened a dispute because we never received our food from Ubereats, the driver stole our meal, they said they didn't care and couldn't help. This bank is a scam, every single bank is supposed to help their customers if they get scammed, they told me they wouldn't and didn't care. Closing out my account now over this, scammers.

I change my number now I can’t get back into my account
I recently change my number and log out and found ONLY SENDS CODE TO NUMBER which is not a big deal but I don't have that number no more I don't know why I can't send verification code to email

Useless
Offers literally nothing you can't do somewhere else and usually for free and to top it off there's no interest on savings. What kind of “bank” has ZERO interest on savings? I scratch my head every time I think that I actually paid for premium. Honestly it just auto renewed and I didn't bother complaining. In the process of ditching this bank.

NOT Business Banking!!
I have had this app and an associated bank account with Piermont Bank, the banking provider, since August of this year. I was initially pleased with the app, and still am, for its functionality and ease of navigation. There was no mention anywhere that paper checks weren't possible and I didn't learn that until I tried to order some and the vendor told me after I contacted them when 2 orders were automatically canceled. It was irritating but I've tried to get used to that; however, it causes problems with payees who either ignore or neglect the notifications that they have an electronic payment they must accept or have difficulty setting up their receiving them. ALSO, it took 10 WEEKS for the bank to allow me to receive paper checks, when the app said I'd hear within 3 days after I met all of their requirements to do so, which in the meantime required those paying me to send an ACH transfer or bill pay directly to my account, another major inconvenience on both sides. Now that I do have the ability to accept paper checks, the bank says it will be 10 DAYS before those funds are available in my account. That's simply not acceptable as it still requires me to have said transfers or wires so that I receive the income in time to cover bills and expenses in a timely manner. The MAJOR and most egregious issue I have now, which I didn't find out about until I had paper checks sent to recipients (again, a feature that wasn't available for the first 10 weeks) and the info came up on the confirmation page which caused me to contact Support, is that my personal name was stated as the “legal name” as the sender rather than my corporate business name. For a corporate business account, no personal name should EVER appear anywhere as the payer, for all the obvious reasons!! HOWEVER, the response I received back was that they require personally identifying details when setting up the app / account and even though I provided the corporation's EIN, they “can't” make accounts be actual business accounts and so that's why all payments will appear as coming from me personally. WHAT?!? So why claim and advertise this app is for business when it really isn't? Again, zero info about this was given EVER in their marketing OR account set-up process. It works for sole proprietors only, I guess. But why not state that at the start? For all financial and tax purposes and reasons, corporate business accounts must be set up for incorporated BUSINESSES with no direct connection to any person. Now I have to find another bank that treats my corporation as a corporation. What a royal pain. In the app they have places asking me to promote their app and banking. Now that I know their unprofessional and inappropriate practices, NEVER! I'll stop banking with them as soon as possible.
