Error
After a good start the app has crashed and unable to connect to frame. Deleted account, deleted app, deleted name in frame. Reintroduced account etc and still doesn't work. Useless!!!

Takes 4 clicks to upload photos, plus you can only send up to 10 pictures at a time, plus each time I select a photo, it scrolls back to the top so I have to scroll down again to select the next one, plus you cannot see which photos you have sent so you can easily send duplicates by mistake. The frame is fine but the app is a load of rubbish.

disconnect from the Wi-Fi when you know you have a good connection entirely too much has trouble resigning in to Wi-Fi all the time when you know it is not a problem on your end

You buy the picture frame and then have to pay fees to manage the photos in the app??? What's the point of that???

It's a pain to upload photos. It doesn't let you include the whole picture.It forces you to pick the best part of the picture in a circle.
