Too slow and gets confused when trying to modify items

I love Fred Meyer, its my second home. However the app update in the last 30 days has been a horrible experience for me. I can't load the weekly shopper and the app bogs down my phone to the point it freezes up. Why Freddy's!? Why!?

This app is terrible! It is extremely slow and glitchy. I add items to my order, but they either don't register or the number of items is less than I picked. Today when I deleted a couple of things, it kept adding them back in. If I want to order groceries for pickup here, this is my only choice so I use it. Fred Meyer has items I can't get anywhere else. I wish they would fix it! Walmart and Safeway apps don't do this.

I used to LOVE the app. Now it's broken and useless for shopping! You cannot add ANY coupons, even the weekly add offers. Every single one says the coupon is expired. Been happening for a while now, Kroger is aware, yet it's not fixed. I can't use the website to scan items, and the website doesn't always find an item, so I'm stuck shopping at Safeway until they fix this. Will edit if Freddy's fixes this mess

So hard to get clipped digital coupons to work
I scanned 2 items and clopped the digital coupons. Upon arriving at the checkout stand I couldn't find them, and the clerk told me I had to go back (all the way across the store) and scan them again. I did so (exact same clipping process as previously done), came back and asked the clerk what I needed to do. He said “scan it”. I tried for awhile but was unable to do so. He finally came back over, scanned something and walked away. It still was not working so I didn't purchase the 2 items.

Images missing
Recent app update has me now missing all the images in the app. It's so hard to shop online without knowing what I'm actually buying!! I have already deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and nope. Not working.

Freezes when I try to search
Used to work ok, now whenever I try to search, or do anything that requires the keyboard, it just freezes. Completely useless.

Sync
App won't sync from ipad to iphone. I refuse to shop on phone. It's too small. Once I add to ipad app it should sync on phone and it doesn't. And yes I'm signed in after signing out and back.
