Tone Deaf
I can no longer use the old app and my phone can't download the new app which requires iOS 16. Not everyone has a brand new phone. Please enable the old app to still be used.

Prescription part
The prescription part of the app is useless right now. Can't login and can't refill prescriptions I have tried verifying 6 times today so I could refill and it just keeps going in circles

App consistently logs me out and says that my account doesn't exist. Carts disappear. App worked over a year ago but in the past 14 months I've only been able to order my groceries through the website. app needs a rebuild to be more functional.

if I didn't consistently receive Produce that was small or almost rotten each time I ordered I would've given a better score.

Still waiting
Several years ago there was a “no bags needed” at end of checkout. I have requested multiple times to have it replaced as I always use my own bags at pickup. Not only is Kroger paying an employee to pack the bags they are paying them to stand and wait outside as I have to unpack then repack groceries into my bags when much quicker when i just transfer from basket to bag. Paper bags go into garbage which is environmentally bad and then I call and have to take another paid employee's time to have them remove any bag fees. Please ADD NO BAGS REQUIRED check box again

This app used to tell us where in the store items were and someone decided it was a good idea to remove that feature. Bring it back!!!!!!

Frustrating
So many basic things in this app simply do not work. When searching for an item and then selecting the filter options for shop in store it does not filter any results. It just lists all the same results but the a note that says it's not available in store. Totally defeats the purpose of the filter option. Have to sift through pages and pages of items not available in store to try to find something that is. Worthless.
