An app that is not very useful (especially if you are only a Mobile subscriber), the App just allows you to consult the bills and see the Internet consumption, otherwise for the rest you have to connect from the site. When will we evolve with many more options and allow the change of number by paying on the next invoice or pay with PayPal (like the competition)??

Flee! Services unable to resolve incidents, the advisors all incompetent and still I weigh my words! The network coverage has not worked for a week, no commercial gesture, the application is strictly useless, their websites are so bad. It seems that it was done on purpose in order to give up.

Since the beginning of the month, Free, with whom I have an ADSL Box subscription, has called me more than 45 times to promote their fiber offers which I told them I was not interested in and I had to block their number, that doesn't stop them from constantly calling me back... Only 26 times between January 13 and January 16, with no less than 8 times this lunchtime and up to 13 calls on January 8 at the same time! Harassment or stupidity? I'll let you be the judge.....
