Until then (about 1 year), everything was going well, but since yesterday, I don't have internet, the free pop doesn't work anymore -> blocked step 2, I am asked to call the helpline, who tell me that they will call me back and that was this morning at 8am, it is now 3pm, still no call! how I work from home, how do I watch TV! For 40€/month, not being able to be helped is unacceptable! the fiber has always (for 15 years) worked with Orange.

I am very happy with the online assistance services at your place, on the other hand, in agasin in Pau I give them a 0 dot. When we have a problem, they send us away. You have to fend for yourself, even if you don't know anything about it. I don't call it being commercial, I'm very angry with them. I still bought a new such "samsumg" for 220€. Being a customer for some time, I would have liked us to make a commercial gesture. otherwise it's 5 stars for the 3244.
