The app is convenient and fast, but drivers circle around until they reach the price set in the app. It's a shame that they do these things. It had never taken me so long to arrive in Chamartín at 5:30 in the morning when there is no traffic, it has given me a walk through Madrid.

Ordering a taxi in advance for a specific time is a failure, 10 minutes before the planned course I find out that there are no drivers. There is no compensation for this, you are left in the lurch and that's it. No more freenows, just normal taxi corporations, take their work seriously.

I've been using this app for many years, but I'm using it less and less, because it gives misleading information. It tells you that your area is full of nearby taxis, which will pick you up in 2 minutes,... but the taxi drivers do not want to come. You see how the list of names is running and how none of them accepts. Not once, but I've been like this for months. What is the app for me then? Not at all Then the taxis complain about the VTCs, of course.
