Their quality have gone downhill drastically! I ordered a keychain as a gift for Valentine's for my husband and the photo that I provided and the view before submitting the order looked great. fast forward today I received the keychain and it's absolutely embarrassing. They managed to age me and my husband both 20 years older and added white hair to both of us in the keychains photo!

False advertising

I downloaded this app for a free blanket the blanket was completely free but the shipping was $16.85 I don't understand why the shipping is so much but on freeprint it's like $3.85 and if it says free gifts everything should be free or the shipping could at least be cheap

Not free. The shipping more than pays for the "free" item. And they've lost entire orders of photos more than once with no apologies. Never using again.

Terrible!!! I made an order on dec 7th so it would get here for Xmas. On dec 23rd they sent a reprint , it arrived way after Xmas. When it was sent ,they folded a calendar and put it in my small mailbox. I then notified them AGAIN. I was asked if I wanted another reprint. I said no can I jus get a refund/credit. I was given the run around, being told I will recieve an email. I did this 3 TIMES and still HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Says free gift but the shipping and taxes cost more then the item itself. My item was only $8 blanket, the $8 was tooken off because of the free gift but the shipping and taxes were more than $16 and some change . How does that make sense ? I'm about to close my account and delete the app, wanted to buy things with cash but I don't like false advertisement or being played, supposed to be "free" with shipping then why don't you guys add to your advertisement, shipping and taxes over price amount.
