Very poor pictures

Very disappointed. Ordered copies of pictures done at a professional photoshoot. The colours were dull and I complained. They offered to reprint them and of course I was delighted. However they never reprinted them. I won't used them for prints again. My photo tiles were, however, really good and bright.

Pictures will come out differently to the preview. Preview showed no one in the background of my family photo after using the moving and cropping feature, and when received, someone's full face was in the background. Mother's Day ruined and now too late to order any other photos for her. NEVER using again.

Keeps telling me different days

Keeps saying different days when my photos are going to come, been waiting 2 weeks better of going somewhere and painting them yourself be way faster 🙄

Prints

My prints were not loading on the app . I had to take of 6-7 photos . I had 50 photos this month as I put my code in someone's order . Tommorow is the first of the month so didn't want to lose it . I had to pay 4 pound for shipping 💥 I know the pics are free but come on x. I do think it is a very good app though
