I was over the moon with my Xmas baubles but I had to reorder one of them I got the reorder and that still came wrong first one had 2 dates on 2nd time came with orange face and no snowflakes on so very disapointed

App glitches constantly

I used to love this app and would get prints frequently, however I recently re downloaded it and all it does is glitch constantly and won't allow me to select my prints. It is really frustrating. Whatever update the app has had is definitely not working and had made the app almost impossible to use.

Frozen

Have used FreePrints a lot and recommend it to a lot of people, but now it's frozen on Version 4.7.0. I can't open it, I can't update it, I can't uninstall it, it's just frozen and unusable 🤷🏻‍♀️

The fact that there is no intuitive way to unselect 900 photos after you pressed the wrong thing is kinda ridiculous.

Failed to email me back after many tries

The app is good and I do like it but I had an issue with cancelling an order involving the money, I had emailed a few times and received no response. I then tried the help a.i which said twice it would get someone to email me back. The first time, nobody did. the second time, someone did but then failed to reply to any other of my emails regarding my issue. I am very disappointed with this as I do enjoy the app
