I went to check in for my flight tomorrow and it had preselected a seat purchase for me. there was no way to cancel the seat. My first time flying Frontier and now my last.

The app lets you check in, but has changed my seat selection 8 times now from a predered seat to a no legroom seat. Once you are on the plane, there is no way to change back.

There's a bug during check in that forces you to pay for a seat even if you didn't want to pay for it at the time of purchasing your tickets. Completely unacceptable bug.
