It used to be really good when freedom VPN for the PC was still available as a standalone program. Now it is totally integrated into F-secure and I have nothing but problems on both the smartphone and the PC. Since the freedom app is still available on the smartphone, I installed it and lo and behold. suddenly I don't have any more problems. I don't know why the integration doesn't work. It's just mega annoying. On, off, change location I'm really annoyed.

Unclear, still don't understand if I got the protection I paid for.
It nowhere does it say "this device is protecting" And what protection is on. Furthermore, "configure browsing protection" I am not going anywhere with it , have tried several times, there is also no chat or anyone to ask a question to.

VPN no longer connects to Espoo, Finland
The VPN connection has worked extremely poorly since switching to Total (same problems as other reviewers). In the last couple of days, the VPN hasn't connected at all or very intermittently, so I've had to disable it momentarily. Now I tried to set up the VPN again, but the only location I could quickly connect to was Vienna Austria, but Espoo hasn't worked at all. Is the intention to get this app in order little by little? Soon I'll have to change service providers because I can't pay dearly for nothing...

Now it doesn't work at all anymore
Just when I got used to the fact that this service only works occasionally, it doesn't work at all anymore, but freezes in the "connecting" phase. And yes, both ios and total have been updated to the latest. I guess we have to settle for defeat and stop trying to use this nerve-wracking misery.

VPN gets stuck
After the last update does not connect to the internet "location Espoo", only Stockholm selected so connects. The battery is eaten wildly by the app. I turned off "VPN selected when device idle if there are message flow problems." We'll see if the messaging stops working now when it's not on. That, too, has been a problem with this app.

The VPN no longer connects at all. Jumps endlessly between 4G and wifi and can't connect. You have to live without a VPN if you want to use the internet. Passwords need to be retrieved manually from the vault almost every time, even before autofill worked in browser and applications.

Family Safety doesn't work very well. Blocked much more than what was selected and made the Galaxy A22 5G phone really sticky. Unable to see screen time used ums, what Google's equivalent offers. Not much added value if you have to turn everything off.
