Plan changed
I signed up for a low plan to test the application but after the second month they automatically discount another higher plan without consent, they say that they notify days in advance if you want to end the plan and they don't; I didn't like the service.

Tonight while trying to watch a playoff football game after the 2nd half I could not connect to your fubo until the game was over. Can you please tell me why I've never had any issues before can you please explain this It was not a Internet issue as all of my other streaming worked fine. The only issue was with FUBU after the game was over. It connected fine. And please respond don't ignore this A week later Well, you ignored it because it was to show you the trash that you are whoever is responsible for this you are a disgrace. This is a joke. I am done with your stupid app. Still not responding? Been 10 days since I posted this still no response guess that's all we need to know about you corrupt people 10 more days go by still no response keep looking foolish GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! Oh, and you're all thieves have your app conveniently go out when someone is trying to cancel their free trial so you get to charge them!!!!???? I switched from cable and enjoy the variety of sports but the record and replay function is terrible on the TV. Occasionally you can see a small icon when fast forwarding but most of the time it just shows minutes and seconds. How are we supposed to know when to resume play. I waste so much time with this that I wait and watch the show is on Hulu to avoid commercials. For the price, we deserve better.

Lucky I watch my card, still no refund
I canceled my Fubo months ago; lucky I watch my card because they charged me over one hundred dollars out of nowhere. When I contacted them I was sent to Roku, who does their billing apparently. Roku couldn't help because I was charged by Fubo. After 8 days of back and forth I'm on the phone with another employee who can't help me due to access, authorization, etc; So I finally get mad and ask for a manager who was about to cancel the account that I was charged from. But still no refund for my fraudulent charge. TBC

Scamming company!
If you join a free trial, and decide to cancel, but then offered a promo to stay - LEAVE!! I was offered to stay on an additional month for $1.99, but then see I was charged $90 2 days later. Customer service and billing basically said they can't do anything. SCAM. Avoid at all costs.
