I was sold fraudulent tickets and gametime was not helpful in resolving the situation. After purchasing weeks prior, I was notified days before that the tickets would be at will call. Morning of event, received message that tickets are still being worked on. Reached out with concern, and was assured availability for that evening. Arrived at event and there were no tickets. Customer service offered less valued replacements that also were not in their possession to send. Scam, avoid this company.

DO NOT USE GAMETIME
I purchased tickets from Gametime in March for a show that was in October. After numerous attempts to get the tickets sent to me (all of which I have texts) and after numerous guarantees that I will get the tickets on time, they finally sent them to me an hour before the show. I even contacted them the days prior because they guaranteed I would get them within two weeks. Unfortunately I was unable to go due to their poor handling of this matter and when I disputed the charge they said they did nothing wrong. I would never use them and when people ask about how they are compared to other ticket vendors I show them all my documentation. Use at your own risk Unfortunately they apologized for the inconvenience but offered no option of reimbursement. My claim was denied as they told affirm that they were in their policy guidelines which is not true. Still in the process of trying to get refunded as of today 12/16/24. Gametime is telling affirm they didn't do anything wrong. Will be looking for other places to leave reviews so people don't use Gametime or affirm

Leaving Gametime
Sold me tickets and never sent them! Had to wait for 45 mins and no-one could assist because they work with third party vendors. I have spent 1,000s over the years with Gametime and sadly will start buying directly due to this variable. If Gametime cannot guarantee the transfer they will be out of business soon…

Fake tickets
Bought tickets to a show and it was a scam I paid more for a specific time and then when I got the tickets they were for a different time that was cheaper. Then I had to wait 45 minutes on hold trying to get tickets for the actual time I bought tickets for and they "didn't have anymore". Then I had to wait to get "special" approval for a refund. I think they sell tickets they don't have and hope you will think it was your mistake and pay more for the other tickets.

Poor customer service
If the sellers does not come through with your tickets. You don't get a refund you only get a credit. So be careful and prepared.

Can be slightly glitchy! And for whatever reason, it would not take my card. But I know that was more my bank's fault. I love this app and it's finally becoming better than Ticketmaster for sure! Will be using again 100%

Purchased 2 tickets and never received. When I called for help I was told that my tickets were at ticket booth - another lie. Very disappointing.
