I was made to repurchase several items I already owned before I was able to submit 2 of my challenges. I made a purchase of 16000 diamonds and made several purchases and I tried to submit I think 3 or more challenges and it let me submit 2 but the last 2 were refused saying I had to repurchase items I already own. So I did repurchase the items but feel it wasn't fair because it took mostly all my diamonds after the second repurchase of the already owned items. This was wrong 😕.

Enjoyable, but it's got to be easier to buy decorative items quite expensive in diamonds!!!! Got yo be more accessible!

Love this game, BUT this is the 3rd time I've finished a level & it's not leveling me up. Says "new levels coming soon", each time waiting up to 3 weeks for the next level. I have unlimited data & and internet, btw, so not on my end. I'm ready to delete it, unfortunately.

I have not been able to access my Friend to give our receive gifts for almost a week. All customer service says is "we don't have a fix". They are absolutely no help at all. This is sad, man. As soon as a new Garden game comes out, I'm switching right over.... ugh!!!

After I have already bought a lot, I have bought something that cannot be seen or used, but on the play account you can see that I bought it... I'm so disappointed in you can't continue playing because of you... Never had it before and am now about to delete the whole game here.

Enjoyable game, but be prepared to be disappointed in the fulfillment of offers (after meeting requirements in time allotted, I was cheated out of 128,000 "diamonds," valued at about $40). TapJoy gave me the runaround for weeks till I gave up (they have more stamina than I do). And Garden Joy won't help you. OH, and the game requires a TON of storage on your device, over 6GB, so have plenty available! With negative feelings & too high system load, I'll be quitting when my diamonds run out. Sad.

I'm addicted to this game but lately when I completed tge seeds collections for each region which you're supposed to win diamonds for, it's been months since I've completed any regions and today I completed 2 and it didn't go through to win the diamonds I was supposed to. This never happened before. And the diamonds go fast I end up buying more diamonds to complete things. It'd be better if u didn't have to pay for diamonds and u could vote without limits. This is aggravating!

A great game - but expensive and two stars deducted for the eternal reference to buying diamonds, but without a purchase it works next to nothing. You can earn a few gems by watching ads, but after a few times there are no more ads available! Is it worth it? Many have dropped out for these reasons!
