Since the lastest update on Jan 23, the cameras will not load any feed. Tried the app on a different device that hadn't received the update and the feeds showed up just fine. Please fix. These cameras are basically useless now.

Not working. Cameras are on and functioning but I cannot see The picture and yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled and even reinstalled the cameras

The feed for the cameras rarely connects upon opening the app. I've logged out, logged back in, restarted the phone, used data, used WiFi, checked for app updates and still it just says encryption time out

I have had my geeni camera for 1 year . Now, all of a sudden, I am having problems with it. It records all the movement, and showes what it records ,but it will not show the camera in my house live. Anymore. Frustrated. Going to try a new updated version from amazon or Walmart. I see they have new cameras. From what I am looking at the app is not working properly

I bought the cameras to check in on my kids (1 and 4) and the system has been down for 3 days with no help. Obviously not reliable at all.

Ever since the update a few days ago..my camera will load take pictures but wont let me see the live views...keeps saying constucting encryption channel.By the way that delete app and add app did not work !

In search of new security system. Geeni has always had flaws, but now it's hardly even usable. The live cameras almost never load and constantly say "constructing encryption", and then says failed. When it does actually load, you get met with ads. So you can't even view your live footage when need to see what's going on. This defeats the purpose of having security cameras. Geeni isn't worth the frustration anymore. They already know their flaws for years and haven't fixed it. Just getting worse
