Don't Use! They take money out of my bank account without authorization. Followed all the insane steps and they are still playing games on withdrawing my money! Theives! Time to get legal action and have my attorney call these scammers!

I can't log into my account
They send me by mail a code that is impossible to put because it does not allow you to put letters and by phone the code of only numbers still arrives double, I put both and nothing tells me that neither of them is correct. Who knows inside the account that I can't access what's going on.

Illegally withholding funds
They locked my account and restricted withdrawals, initially was said that they were “reviewing my account” but even after submitting all required documents they don't reply me

Pay attention to your numbers other then receiving 1% of what was sent the features are great It was my favorite platform out of them all but not receiving your money messed that up

Do not trust this company with your money
I am removing my assets from this company. I dont trust them one bit. And neither should you. First i had thousands of dollars unable to be withdrawn during their earn fiasco with the genesis lawsuit. It took me over a year to get my money back Now i again have money in their stake program - tried withdrawing funds. Said funds should be available by x date - which has passed by almost a month. Tried getting customer support. But this multi million/billion dollar company has no chat nor phone support. You submit a ticket through their system and they respond days later, most of the time not resolving my issue. Most recently they told me they are having withdrawal issues from their staking program which is insane, and to be patient/wait. I will never give these guys another dime. Investors beware!

yes I downloaded this crypto wallet. I set up an account and I even bought some crypto assets and had them deposited into this app's wallet. I was then locked out of my account due to "verification" reasons. it's been days ago since I started my inquiry and request to regain access to my deposited assets. IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO YOUR ASSETS DENIED AND PROLONGED, GET THIS APP! IM now using iron wallet as my wallet.
