this app is not good! I have wasted a lot of time trying to get my proof of insurance or ID cards and it never can send them for whatever reason I keep getting an error message. "there was a problem retrieving your proof of insurance" and it says it's sending it to my email and text but it never does.

We were with The General for 2 years and all they did was raise my rates higher and higher. The customer service is no good either. I would recommend progressive instead. They give discounts to loyal customers.

I cannot log in always says error and my information is wrong 🙃. Cannot look at my information or my account almost 2 months now still having the issue.. I want to see my account info and to be able to login again. Called customer service multiple times and still nothing

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a nightmare to deal with. I've always paid on time. I was in accident 3 weeks ago, 2 days after filing the claim, they jacked my rate up, but I'm still sitting here 3 weeks later, not knowing what's going on with my vehicle. Anytime I call Mr Darius wideman, he gives me the run around on things. Instead of worrying about what celebrity to get to endorse you, maybe you should focus on your customer service instead!!!
