I can nvr login nor can i ever get on the website it always states forbidden n I don't need to clear anything for the website hello. Then you guys want to add a late fee bcuz I have been trying to login when I got paid to pay my bill. Make things make since ppl. This is sad.

It's horrible they don't send you e cards with the confirmation that they took your money they Force you to download their app to get them. And then when you request, you can request them not to sell your personal info to me. I don't wanna do a request asking them to not sell my personal info. I tell them you are not allowed to sell my personal info. It's not a request. I shouldn't have to request. My personal info not to be sold I. Demand that they do not sell that personal info

Company is Horrible!! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a claim to be completed over an accident involving a deer and have been left without a car!!! I can not get a response from anyone on the app or phone!! If you are thinking of using this company, stay away!! I pay a ton and am not sure for what!! Apparently, I didn't even have rental car coverage after I thought I did. They are crooks!!

This company keeps charging me for a vehicle I don't own. I called in to make the change. The company continues to charge me like I still own the car. I called in a the rep told sorry there is no NOTES so they keep charging me anyway! I hate this company!

Doesn’t work
The app will not recognize my username and password. It says they are incorrect. The exact same info that gets put into the web-based version goes into the app, but it doesn't work in the app.

They are a scam
We only had the policy for one month. They canceled it before we could even open the letter saying there are two people we never met that we need to claim on our policy or it will be canceled. So the cancel saying they never took the next payment out for the next month. They did so I called and asked for a refund. Two weeks a month later I get a letter in the mail that even after the refund owe them 27 dollars, so I try to call and pay it through call but the people who answer each time out quiet for two minutes in between asking questions. Then I check out the app to see if i owe anything and lo and behold it says nothing about owning them money but confirms I have a canceled policy. There's no option to payed this is called debt I have from them that I got in the mail so I really don't know what to do with that.
