The app is broken it will not let me sign in. I tried signing in on the website, and it will not work on the internet either. Something is wrong. I never had trouble before.

this company is crooked. don't even waste your time. they do not have it together. the app never works as advertised, and if you pay attention, they clearly do not gaf. you can enter your social, and they will assume the vehicle you drive even after youve entered the VIN. The app will automatically change the vin to a vehicle someone else drives. change your address, too, then require you to call them to verify. good luck with the "save some time" BS.

was a good app until th3 past couple of months. I now have no option to sign in with Google or Facebook. when I attempt to login with email it does not work. I have tried resetting password and received no email.

Send me a mail saying I'm going to collections without any se sing me any bills regarding that. I switched and they want me to pay for the month that hasn't started yet. Worst , upset my stomach

3 years with this company as my insurance provider, and I AM NOTHING BUT DISPLEASED! They make you add people who don't drive to policies, they raise your rate any chance they get, they refuse to remove unlicensed drivers from policies without charging you more on your monthly premiums, and their customer service is impossible to reach without being sold on AIRLINE TICKETS, HOTEL ROOMS, AND REWARDS PROGRAMS THAT CHARGE YOU EVEN MORE! Unless you like being overcharged constantly, don't use them!

This company is taking money out your account every month but can't help when you need just roadside assistance while it's included in your plan , this is fraud . I rate this company a 0 , if someone don't contact me I'll take this to court because , I'm stuck in Miami for 3-4 hours with no roadside assistance after I called you guys multiple times and keep telling me to wait 5-10 minutes but no one ever pulled up

•	Quickly obtain a quote* for a new auto insurance policy with The General®.

•	Make a payment, schedule a payment, split a payment across different payment methods, or even pay in cash (Powered by PayNearMe)!

•	Access your ID Cards immediately after you’ve signed in for the first time. Simply rotate your phone to landscape view in the app to quickly view your virtual ID Cards. To view your (full) legal ID cards select to open the PDF version.

•	Start and submit a new claim, or even follow the status of an existing claim. 

•	Utilize our Help Center for some of our most frequently asked questions. If you need further assistance start a call or chat with us during normal business hours, or schedule a call-back from our Sales or Customer Service teams at a time that’s convenient for you!

•	 Log in how you want! You can use your e-mail address, policy number, Facebook account, Google account, or even biometrics (fingerprint or face).
