The code is not coming, they give me a campaign code, I write it but it does not appear in the campaigns section, I cannot use it. Customer service is not helping at all and they literally hang up on me, it has nothing to do with advertisements, it is a scam.

At first it was perfect, it came complete and fast, but then it started to come late and incomplete, customer service is bad, if these were fixed it would be perfect.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars, but since it is not possible, I had to give 1 star. The food order I placed on January 27, 2025 was automatically blocked by the courier because the incoming call was detected as spam. Even though I was at home, the courier canceled my order without even ringing the doorbell, saying the order was not delivered. When I spoke to customer service afterwards, I was informed that my order was canceled because my mobile phone could not be reached and that no refund would be made.

I registered to Getirfinans. Although my address is registered in Getir and the finance side can see this address (according to the call center), it says you do not have a registered address and directs me to register a new address. I tried entering the address 30 times on iOS and Android (25.1.0). It does not work. It says there was a technical error and tries later and does not offer any other option than returning to the Getir homepage. The K. Card has been defined, I cannot make the settings in the system and have the card sent to the address.

The company has hit rock bottom in customer satisfaction. I think it is playing its last days. We understand why it was fired in the European and US markets :) There are a lot of complaints but so many unresolved problems. Zero interest
