Drivers keep ripping me off
Drivers keep either ripping me off with charging me extra, or they just don't move and I have to cancel (obviously at a charge). Gett doesn't give any support whatsoever. This is the worst company, I would avoid completely.

some of the drivers are horrible, the taxi searching can take one hour, overall bad exprience with the app and the drivers

Until Gett stops charging for cancelations, no credit card should be inserted to the app, paying only cash. Some drivers simply don't move after accepting the drive, and wait for the customer to cancel, which costs the customer cancellation fees. simply wrong incentive management.

No service. taxi driver drove on 50 instead on 90 and charged double the price no one to talk to, just order a regular taxi, save the commission both ways. You can not choose your driver when scheduling a drive, so you can get a driver that you don't want to drive with.

Terrible experience
Gett charged us £37 for a £21 journey. The taxi cost £21, I read the metre and got a receipt from the driver. However, in the app we were charged £37, including a £14 “high demand fee”. The roads were empty and full of empty cabs. This is a way to extort money from customers. Complained to no effect. Would never use Gett again. Feels like I've been robbed, but because it's an app and an algorithm they can get away with it.

Some drivers are ok
But sometimes you get such bad driver behaviour, like cancelling at the last minute and charging 0 ILS for a fake ride in order to not have it count as a cancellation.
