Used Apple Pay three times and upside can't find any ID them. Couldn't find a place to scan a receipt.

Inconsistent sometimes
Generally, the Upside app works fine, but every so often, it has difficulty processing my cash back. I visit the same few gas stations and use the same card….Sometimes it has trouble verifying transactions though. I got gas on 1/21 (I'm posting this on 1/26)and I'm still waiting for that particular transaction to go through. Most of the time, they process in 2-3 days.

Great refund tool
Needs small change—email address needs to be able to be changed. While it's a free app and getting me $$, I have had 2 experiences where the cash out hasn't come to my email address—1st time customer service worked with me, 2nd time I'm frustrated and am trying once more now. Every Upside email address I've ever gotten is “marked as safe.” I have a few people in my group, if I have to restart, I lose my position.

Disappointed. It’s ok. Not great.
You get lured in with saving money and initially it is true. Give it a couple months and the savings drop significantly. I really didn't mind having one gas station's savings higher than all the other because I would go there to save and be more likely to buy something in their convenience store. But when they are all 1¢ savings, it's not worth the time or effort just to save 25¢ filling up my truck. Furthermore, I shared the app with a friend and never got anything for it when they promised 15¢ bonus on my next purchase plus 1¢/gallon on their purchases.

Not getting my cash back
I stopped using this app because I stopped getting my cash back. I thought maybe it just didn't register for the time I used it but it's been multiple times I haven't gotten my money back, stopped using it and tried again the other day and again same problem. Fix your problem so I can continue using. Thanks .

SCAM Marketing App
I used the Upside app for a year accumulated $73 in cash back. Went to cash out , going on 3 weeks now and still have not received the money. Upside said they sent it but can not provide proof. SCAM. You have been warned…

Worked for a while
Great when it worked, but now it keeps asking me to upload the recipe. It won't automatically work with the credit card I have in the wallet like it used to. I deleted the app.

They don’t follow their own fine print
I have purchased fuel several times at a station that if you download the station's app;you can get $0.10/ per gallon off. The fine print on Upside's offer states the reduction may be as much as $0.05/ gal. But when they pay out. They take the whole 10. I should file a bait and switch claim but I don't know what Federal agency this would fall under.

I like the app…But
I've signed out and back in. Deleted and reinstalled. And my bank saids I'm sharing information with upside. But when I attempt to cash out it list no banks despite knowing I've added my bank.
