I wanted to test... 2 times... Overall it's not a bad system except that I ended up disappointed 2 times. The 2 times the flagship attraction (which makes the price...) is mysteriously cancelled by the service provider... But the price does not change!

Not Worth It
Not always the case, but in my situation, I suggest to search up the activity provider, check the prices offered on their site, and book directly with the activity provider, especially when more budget-conscious. There was about a 20% markup on GetYourGuide. There are markups using these services, but the way the customer service was handled due to a best price match request left a bad taste in my mouth. In another booking, waiting 1 hour for the tour bus to arrive and it never did. Was able to get a full refund but not the time wasted.

Dhow Cruise creek Dubai
It was a very lousy cruise…much below our expectations….very disappointing!!! Total waste of time. First of all, it wasn't a dhow. It was a very local boat with local crowd. Food was lousy too. They were playing only English songs and that too so loud! Also it didn't sail through the iconic sites of Dubai. This is my 3rd time in Dubai and i have been on a cruise before. This is not called a ‘dhow' cruise. Total waste of time and money!!! Pls don't post such operators on your app. I will no longer trust your app.

The app is fine, and GetyourGuide customer service responded, but they don't have any quality control of the vendors they advertise, so it's all up to luck with the contracted activity. I didn't have it.

I strongly advise against it, a poorly planned visit, time change notified on the day without the possibility of refund, contrary to what was advertised. Transfer included in the visit not included in the ticket, so get by. I will never use that company again

Very bad customer service zero solution-oriented! We booked a 9h boat tour for about 300€, which we unfortunately could not take because we probably ate something wrong and did not get out of the house. We couldn't reach anyone to cancel and the same answer always came by email. I assume they are AI-generated answers. The only thing we were told after a whole day of mail correspondence was that since we didn't have to go to the hospital, nothing can be refunded to us.
