A star because it's mandatory but the biggest scam possible. We wait for guides who never come, we pay 2 times more for entrance tickets than if we went directly to the monument. No seriousness.

I buy an offii ticket in my apartment in Barcelona and don't get it sent to his email address but have to walk somewhere over 1 hour and pick it up there, what's the point? In the chat with get your guide, I was offered a refund. I hope that in the future there will be a solution for the digital "pick-up" of the ticket without having to pick it up somewhere first

Works very well with the booked events. It's a pity that you can't change the written reviews or retrieve them in the app. I would have liked to give our guide Maria at the Alhambra on March 27 an extra big compliment for our guidance that afternoon. Super informative, friendly and good English speaking.

scammers bought tickets for access to the spa in Tromso for 35 euros per person, despite the real price being 18 euros per person, unfortunately I discovered the real price once I arrived on site. I asked for an explanation of this 50% higher price directly to GetYourGuide support, they responded with banal and unreal excuses saying that GetYourGuide includes extras, which is absolutely not true. I asked to refund the difference as is right, obviously they found other excuses not to refund.
