It's was good for gig. Now the app does not want to take me to see the shift the need a upgrade. It won't let me log in it sucks

Shift already filled
I don't get it its a glitch or not but it's really annoying to try to pick up shifts just for you to bid on them and then it tells you the shift is already filled why is the shift still on the app if it's filled already that's extremely misleading

Glitchy!!
This app has marked me a no call no show. It has marked me late even though I have tried to check in when I have arrived early. It has stopped my time when I wasn't done working this app definitely needs some work, but I think it's a great concept And the fact that you can pay out with a 3% fee right away is great or wait a few days for regular pay and get paid the same day is great for the people that need it.

I can't get verified because it's says my social is on another another workers profile. Can't get gigs because of it. I wrote support and they can't even write me back.

I downloaded this app back in August 2024, and it's now the end of January 2025. There are never any opportunities available—always blank—which is entirely hard to believe.

Notifications don’t work
My husband has done one job on this app, he got paid fine and everything went well, however push notifications don't work for android and apple, despite being turned on. So you can miss jobs if you're not constantly checking the app. At this point it is useless as some jobs disappear within minutes.

Useless. Signed up for multiple gigs in the past two months and have not been offered one! I have even submitted bids at the lowest rate possible, and still nothing. Also, there needs to be a way to get notifications when the app is not in use. I am made aware of new available shifts only when I open the app.
