They charge twice, cancel purchases because they were wrong and the money is not refunded, I think there should be negative stars, to give them -5 ✨, terrible application

Constant errors during delivery and if it's not Glovo's fault, it would be useful to allow the customer to re-deliver missing items from the order or at least refund the money to the account and not as promotional codes that force another purchase and more errors and so the wheel turns. I do not recommend..

They couldn't find a courier for delivery for an hour, as a result of which the order was spoiled. Rating 2 instead of 1 only because the money was promptly refunded in full. We were left hungry 👌

Never had worse services than Glovo they don't have drivers but they take deliveries they tell you they have free deliveries or mix-ups and then you don't pay them anyway... never again!!! Destined to fail at this rate
