The worst app with the most errors, I can't place an order without checking every 5 minutes if the order arrives or not, you call customer service they lie to your face that the order will arrive because they talked to the delivery man the same excuse that the restaurant is crowded and the delivery man is on his way to cancel the order in 5 minutes because it was an error and that's how it is You waste 2 hours waiting for an order that doesn't exist and lying in front of the agent that the order will be delivered.

I placed an order by glovo, the restaurant called me saying that my burger had sulfites, they gave me the option to cancel the order. After 2 minutes they called me from glovo to verify that I had canceled my order and they told me that in a few days they would pay me the amount, so far everything is correct. The problem comes 10 days later when I contact them I explain everything and they tell me that they have no record of anything and they are not going to refund my money, 30 euros

They cheat in the differences in final amounts, randomly change the location and method of delivery. If the food arrives on time but it's wet and cold, it's cool according to them. It is impossible to get money back for poor quality products. I don't recommend it
