Worst App Ever
This is without a doubt the worst app ever! I can't even give it a start. Wants an update constantly! I can never access my account without redoing my password! And with every update the app gets even worst!

You don’t get activity points, so what’s the upside then?
Apparently you won't get activity points for services you have at your doctor if the billing code isn't exactly right according to Humana's rules. Well, good luck getting anything changed, because Humana can't and won't communicate directly with billing departments. They want the patient to try to do this themselves, which is the same degree of impossible. Mind you, the service is the same, and however the provider billed it, it gets covered, you just don't get activity points. Just one more reason to resent the insurance industry. Thanks for underscoring how terrible you are. 👍
