I waited weeks to receive a pair of shoes I ordered and wasn't receiving an update information other than it was processing. After waiting, the order was canceled with very little reasoning. The price of the shoe has gone up and I do not want this same thing to happen again so I will not be reordering. Also very poor customer service

App has stopped loading. Going on a month now with it not working. Un-installed it and same thing.

I ordered my son a Christmas gift from your site for the first time. Not only did i not get tue gift, when i wrote a message to get an update I got an automated response indicating I should not contact them again as this would delay any response. After a month I followed up and was told there was a problem with the courier. Someone apologized and she said she would look into it. She did not contact me but instead I got an automated email indicating my order was cancelled. Customer service was extremely poor and order never came. Now after a month past Christmas I need to search and order it again.

Goat won't help with lost shoes during shipment. Don't sell using this app. Google GOAT shipping issues before deciding to use GOAT.

I ordered sneakers of one model and one size, completely different sneakers arrived with a different size and cheaper. What kind of service is this? I even paid extra for priority service, and in the end I was simply robbed. The worst store, if you are reading this review, think about buying anything here.

The customer service is so bad they do not even get back to you in time and even if they do they send you some automated rehearsed message which is so generic that is vague and doesn't answer any questions you ask about your order. In fact the customer service doesn't even get back to you in time to help with the order. Very pooor customer relationship. No rewards for being loyal whatsoever!!! I decided to uninstall goat app and shop elsewhere solely because of the wait they create around refund when an order is cancelled, expect atleast 30 days of wait before you can see your money back. Horrendous experience each time I had to speak to the customer service agents. The platform is very biased towards sellers who can decide to cancel the order 20 days after confirming where as a buyer can not cancel an order after the order is confirmed. I do no understand that logic whatsoever, if the seller has the order and decided to cancel after so long, why does the buyer suffer for loss of time and why does goat keep the money for all that time?
