The worst website. I wanted to buy my first sneakers and at first everything was fine with the verifications, but for over a week now the website has not processed my shipment and every time I send an email they always tell me that they are working on a solution and they never resolve anything for me....

Relaxed experience with Goat
The so-called specialists are supposed to check the shoes before sending them, which was not the case in my case because the shoes arrived without extra laces, without zip ties, and with damage, even though the shoes were only marked as "used". In the end, I couldn't send the shoes back without wasting a ton of money on shipping and customs, even though I was only the buyer/couldn't do anything about it. P.S. don't buy shoes from goat/alias. ;)

They will steal your items in storage
All around decent, except DO NOT use their “GOAT storage”. After a while my items disappeared from my “in storage” tab and I have spent a month trying to pry my items back from them. Customer “support” just plays stupid and pretends not to understand a word you are saying

Fake
After 4 orders that went well, I bought a pair of Gucci sandals that were fake and they did not honor a return or refund. I will never use this app again. Buyer beware
