Good App, Bad Update
I've just recently decided to open up GoHenry again after some time only to discover a mandatory update. This usually causes me no issues other than the fact that my device was no longer compatible. Let's think about this in another way: My financial management app, for which I am fortunate that I have installed on compatible devices, has locked me out of my thankfully not only, exclusively app only bank account. People who put their savings into this app may face issues like sudden loss if not able to gain back access on compatible devices. There could have been notices that some devices would no longer be compatible.

Avoid. They make it hard to close.
Firstly the annual cost of ~ £72 per child (£144 PA for myself) is not worth what you get. Some financial education that is widely available for free elsewhere and a personalised bank card. I wouldn't mind this it's just annoying how hard it's been to close my account (I still haven't managed). I started in December (4 months ago) I emailed and closed online (i thought) but they didn't close it due to the JISA's however these are separate to the accounts so can be transferred later. So long story short, I've been calling and emailing but still haven't been able to close my account. Just getting fobbed off. Surely it's against some sort of law to make it so hard to close an account? If you're reading this GoHenry. Please can I close my account?

Lots of bugs
It's good in a lot of aspects but has a really big bug of taking money from my account. My mum gave me money to travel and then suddenly £50 vanished from my account. There was no notification that I spent it. It also displays the wrong amount I have in my account sometimes

Where is my money?
I have a two bank accounts so when I wanted to buy something that needed more money in the gohenry account. I attempted to transfer the money needed (around £20), and it left the other account but has not arrived into the gohenry account after a week. I had used the exact details given to me by gohenry, please make transactions between different bank accounts better so this cannot happen to anyone else.

My ID can’t get verified?
Heard about this app from my kids friends. Downloaded and entered my info but keeps saying couldn't verify my identity. I can't even make an account. My identity hasn't changed.

Essentially there is a standard kids current account and parental controls on expenditure, pocket money and rewards etc. Plus Some financial education that is widely available for free elsewhere and a personalised bank card. app no longer paying out for tasks completed. tried to get help from customer service email and generic reply advises tasks are paid out when its clear it isn't. the app randomly stopped paying with allowance the tasks. if not fixed soon will cancel account and search elsewhere ************ Can't call that number I am in the United States.
