Many drivers give the excuse of not giving change, this is very detrimental to customers, especially students and tourists, please fix this and educate the drivers and provide violations/report features for drivers who do things like this!

I'm really disappointed with Gojek, my balance is stuck because I forgot my PIN, I want to change it but unfortunately my number is gone because there is only 1 option to change the PIN, which is via telephone number, please enlighten me from Gojek, why is there no other option like in the other application? If it's like this, it's also uncomfortable for all Gojek application users🙏

Please, there are some drivers who are dishonest, often ordering GoFood at the same place, usually there is no parking, suddenly charged for parking, try asking through reviews to the restaurant, it says there is no parking. GoSend and GoFood seem like a fertile field for finding additional income, maybe people think they don't know x. Even though the money is not much, the important thing is to be honest.
