Outdated UI
Why can't I pay my car loan from an outside institution within the app!?

Keeps crashing
The app was working slow but i was still able to access it. But now it says that my device has failed its security and now it doesn't work. When you click the app support it links to a page on golden 1's website that is no longer available

Before, alerts showed exact amount and who it was paid to. Now, you can only set a threshold with zero details. Also, on text alerts that users create, they only say an amout$$$ triggered the event. It would be nice if it said the trigger event was a deposit or withdrawal.

Violated security policies?
App says “app or device has violated security policies” and then shuts down

No longer works
The app no longer works and as others have reviewed gives a security warning that your device has violated a security policy effectively bricking the app. Whoever is in charge of this at Golden 1 find a new developer to manager your app. It has been horrible for years and there's no reason for this considering how easy it is to develop mobile apps these days.

Literally can not access/log into the app
I've had no major issues until recently when on my mobile app I was asked to type a code that was sent to my phone number for a security confirmation. After typing it in, a screen saying “Your details have been saved successfully” comes up. After proceeding to tap continue I get logged out. Since then (it's been about a month) every time I try to log in, the same exact screen comes up and after hitting “continue” I get logged out. I have to open safari, search Golden 1, and then type all of my information to log in each time. It's pretty inconvenient going on safari knowing the actual app runs smoother and is easier to log into.

Error error error
When trying to using an app. It have an error message stating that I have to call bank for an assistance. I have my phone up to date and it is secure to use, but why is that bank app blocking me from performing required tasks with that app. I'm not happy that it hasn't improved yet.

App does NOT work outside the US!
It is disappointing because I work outside the U.S. and this app does not work. I can't easily check or do any banking unless I log in through the regular web browser. This app doesn't do anything unless you live in the U.S. Very disappointing! In addition, the we browser also doesn't work outside the USA. So, if you have an IP address that is not int he States, you will not be able to check you account balance either via App or via regular browser. Extremely disappointing that this is how Golden1 operates and treats its customers of over 25 years!

Mobile deposits do not work
I don't understand why this app refuses to accept mobile check deposits. I have to waste my time standing 45 minutes in line in the branch for something that could take 30 seconds if this app bothered to actually work
