Golden 1 Mobile - Latest Quality Issues

Can't even log in correctly. I use Firefox for mobile to store my passwords. Golden 1 does not label the login fields correctly. Firefox thinks the username field is the password field and puts my password there. Golden 1 does not let me copy the text in the username field so I can't copy the password and paste into the correct field. Other banking apps work fine with Firefox but not golden 1. The app also insists I turn off debugging mode on my phone, but other apps don't care so why golden 1?

There is always some kind of technical issue. Either card management is down or they can't log me in. Not only that, there is random maintenance going on in some evenings. Normally, maintenance is done in off hours, not when people need to use the app. This has been ongoing with this app for months. I've been patient, but at this point, it's Sat 12:06PM, and the app is having problems. I've had it with these issues. If it wasn't so lengthy to wait for a direct deposit switch, I would be gone.

I have been using the app for years. What I notice is that every year, I get locked out at least twice, if not one time. Then, I would need to go to the bank and have them reset my password because now I'm locked out of my account. Also, I haven't been getting notifications on when my deposit is made or any transactions for that matters.

The tab at the bottom is no longer there...it has the deposit function. Now I can't do mobile deposits. Is this just a glitch? Or a permanent change?

Please fix Face ID
I regularly have to enable Face ID on a weekly basis because the app always disables it. So annoying. Also please remove the 2nd verification check if we're signing on with Face ID or password. No other banking app does this, there's no reason for golden 1 app to do this. Just adds an extra annoying step every time I sign in. The UI/UX could also use a big overhaul. It looks behind by about 12 years. - Review written by a frustrated mobile developer.

This app is always removing my bioscan. When I put in my normal password says it's not right. Go to reset the password says can't use password that's already been used......make it make sense

Back to not being able to use this app again due to "this app or device violating security policies." Only way to check my account is via my web browser, I guess.
