I had times when I didn't receive coins and goldfish took care of it. That was a couple years ago. Now I can spend $125 and get 7t coins. Lose them in a hour and goldfish will give me 15b coins to help? What a fricken joke. Delete before you even start. And VIP is just a scam as well. After many years good bye. I like Quick Hits because bets can be lower, and you can continue to get a credit to play. Gold Fish bets are too high and not enough credits given to play.

This game used to be fun, the graphics are great in this game. But it doesn't payout, and no I'm not talking about real money. It definitely gives the casino vibe, by taking your money without many bonuses or substantial payouts. If I wanted to play a slot game that is that tight, I'd go to the actual casino. I just want to play for fun, but this like all other games is a cash grab by the makers

Mediocrity at its best
Employees accuse players of lying when they do not receive their purchases. They also censor it so you can only say positive things about the app on their pages or you will be banned. The games themselves are fun. Highly entertaining. Most of the time. My issue is the employees. And the occasional game glitch. Apps should listen to REAL feedback rather than ban players from FB pages for simply voicing their odd frustration or not singing their praises. I play this all day, every day. Or, did. For many months. The accusatory treatment of players and the censoring are where my issues lie. Don't get me wrong. There are some good staff who actually listen, but, for the most part? The support is sub par and more focused on censoring players from speaking anything that may be perceived as negative than actually improving the customer experience. And the accusations of lying when people have bank records to depict otherwise is just wrong. Morally. Ethically. Any way you choose to look at it. Do I enjoy the games themselves? Very much for the most part. Do I enjoy the treatment I have received or the countless transactions that didn't get credited? Absolutely not. Will this review get me kicked out permanently because I'm speaking my truth? Quite likely, which would just prove my point further. If any rectification was done I'd be shocked beyond belief but would accept it as an olive branch. Sooo, play the games for the fun of it as they were developed rather well in all honesty…but, don't count on being able to speak your mind and if your transaction doesn't get credited, be prepared to be accused of lying.

I just did 50 spins at a 7.5 billion coin bet I got coins back on two spins neither one covered a bet. Though you can't control the exact spins you can't loosen your slots so the player has a better chance of winning. You won't do that because you're greedy. I know something about the gaming business because I was in it for 25 years. You lost a paying customer with your greed. Remember there's other things to do at a real casino. If you want to keep your customers playing loosen your slots.
