There is ABSOLUTELY NO restrictions on how they can use your personal information. Thats how they make up for getting you cheaper rates. They sell your information to EVERYONE! Deleted the app immediately after reading the fine print

Take a look at what information this app tracks on you!
I was SHOCKED to just see how much information this app is tracking on me. This is ridiculous and I will be deleting the app today. I was also shocked to see how much GoodRX was fined by the FTC for selling our information to 3rd parties! This needs to be made illegal. As much as I like their discounts, it isn't worth the risk.

“medical staff” refused to refill script
i do not have health insurance. because of this, a visit with my primary care runs me about $100. goodRX offers telehealth appointments for every day issues for $49, and i use this service often. i had an appointment yesterday where i requested a specific medication through their questionnaire, as it is the only medication that works to treat the particular health issue i was experiencing. i have been prescribed this same medication numerous times by both my primary care doctor, as well as GoodRx. for whatever reason, this time they refused to prescribe it due to a potential drug interaction with one of my anxiety medications. this is not medication i am required to take daily, and i made their team aware of this. with no safety issue present, i should have received the medication i asked for, but they still refused. the entire reason i paid the $49 was for same day medication pick up, but their team did not respond for seven hours (long after my pharmacy had closed) to let me know they would not change the medication. now, it's the next day and my pharmacy does not have what they prescribed me in stock and do not know when it will be in stock. i have made their team aware of this, but i'm sure i won't receive a response for another several hours, if at all. i paid $49 to be ignored by the team that was supposed to be providing assistance, and to be refused the same medication that i have been prescribed by the same team before. there are enough issues with healthcare in this country, and this was extremely disappointing. i did not receive the medical care i paid for, and i will be disputing it with my bank. do better.

Ok prices
There is not much savings with the gold membership. You spend $120 a year just to save $3-6 on prescription a month. I found another discount card that beats good rx.

Taking money from people unauthorized is a federal crime. I didn't authorize you to take 2 of 9.99 out of my bank account. I didn't even sign up for a membership. Just a card I thought was going to be free on my medication. I don't work And don't get Ssi/ssd. You taking from a man who doesn't have any income. Except from his family. That not much
