I lay $10 extra Every month for extra storage & pay for it via this email-Google photos is NOW backing up to a different email of mine that i only have for a temporary older home phone! I never do back-ups of anything, except to this email- Yet photos app is now randomly dismissing my main email, and Ive lost almost 2T of Photos!!! $200+ gone in the wind~Thx Google -i am more than a little upset!!!

why the pictures in favorites keep disappear? is this a bug? it is such a hassle to find the pictures again and marked it as favorite only to find it to disappear after a few months....

Why isn't there a bulk download feature for images stored in albums? Why can't you just delete cloud storage? Do you want to remove local files at the same time? I used your home software and didn't sign a data transfer agreement 😅

I have pulled my hair out trying to get my photos transfer to my new phone , paid Google for extra memory and used my Visa and still no damn photos, transferred SD card from old phone to new phone and still nothing , No one has a answer for this problem
