I hate that it syncs things that have nothing to do with it, like TikTok, Facebook memes, etc., even though I haven't given permission for that. Please fix that. Services like One Drive allow you to choose which folders to upload. Please fix that because I foolishly fill up my storage. Edit: You can't sync all the content from TikTok, Facebook, etc. in the camera folder.

No way to select large number of photos/videos at once. When attempting to download large amount to put on USB to free up space, videos were not included, and thus almost deleted said videos without any backup of said videos. Edit: 2* is accurate for my experience. Tried to delete multiple photos at once to free up space. Almost bricked my phone, and none of the photos ended up in the trash after. I perfer my phone's photo app - between internal storage and SD card, 200+ gigs of storage, not 15

It's a perfect App, especially for subscribers, but unfortunately the App started to have a problem with the magic eraser feature. The problem appeared after updating the App. I've been sending and receiving emails for days looking for a solution and so far nothing.

The albums saved on the memory card simply disappeared. I already organize them into albums to make viewing easier and faster, but they simply disappeared. It's really bad, it gets worse with each update. Please resolve this issue quickly and bring the albums back to the card.

Trash company, I paid for 100 GB of memory, to make a backup it was not done automatically, even though it should have been done after all that's what I paid for, they deserve a lawsuit, I lost three years of photos with my son, before I bought a Pen drive
