Go Program Way2Go Card - Latest Quality Issues

Hello app and website working well up until recently. It actually works fine on my PC but the mobile app and website via mobile seems to constantly have an SSL connection problem. Part of me is glad it doesn't work if it does have security problems however this app and website should be secure. Please address this.

App doesn't load, get error message telling me to use the website. When I go to website, it has an error also. No way to check balance or deposits without calling the number

Does not have access to alot of stuff needed, the phone number for way2ho only brings you to communicate with a robot instead of a human. That alone is extremely annoying. We need more access to other features on the app. And easy way to find a way to be able to use and set up on the mobile app.

It doesn't recognize the username and password I put in. I know it's correct because I copied and pasted when setting up my account to ensure no errors, and once done and trying to log in, it STILL didn't accept it. Sometimes it won't accept copy and paste after setting up, so I deleted my user and pass and filled out the fields manually, being very careful to not have any typos. Still didn't work.

I am not fond of this card at all. I had some transactions that tried to go through before my money went through and they charged me .75 cents for everyone. It's the only pre paid card I have that does that. I lost A LOT of money because of it. Not happy at all!!!
