Horrible app

Terrible app design, clunky and terrible looking, slow and a headache to deal with. Sometimes some buttons i click do not register and the app crashes a lot from signing in to just random. Keeps asking me for my sign in id and password even tho i click remember me every time i guess that does nothing.

If I could leave a 0 STARS I would. They take 0.75 after your card declines. And it declines a lot. Even if you have a substantial amount. My account is always being locked out. I have to go through a process to even use it again. Right now I'm locked out of the app and biometrics disappeared. Now they are charging me to get that open once again! Oh and everything is my fault! Even tho I've. Never ran into trouble with any banking system ever! Way to go IS NOT "THE WAY TO GO RUN

Can’t unlock your card

You can't unlock your card from the app after locking your card. There's no help from customer service. Do not lock your card cause it will be very hard to unlock it and the app gives you zero help.

This service provided by Conduent is so awful it should be illegal. Everyone involved in how poorly this operates should be prosecuted and fined as harshly as possible. Simply logging in barely works, and transfering money out is a dice roll if it works or not. I haven't had as exteme issues as some of the other reviews I have been reading, but I've seen enough. The app and web app itself is not only horrendous but dated by about 20 years. Do better.

Working with the Way2Go card is a tragic experience, both inside and outside of the app. Funds are returned to the state without warning, and balance transfers fail. But GoProgram keeps the transaction fees. They are preying on the needy in this time of economic crisis.
