Almost useless
Horrid experience! If you have any issues at all, there is zero email support and as of now, I have been on hold for THIRTY SEVEN minutes. Choose an alternative if at all possible. 👎🏻

Problems
Should be a way to see multiple Way2Go cards with one login. Every few days it gives me trouble logging in when I'm switching back and forth, locks me out, then takes me in circles when I try to use the “forgot password” option to unlock it. And YES I'm entering the correct info! So annoying! There should be customer service and tech support available to speak to.

The app does not work
The app has not worked in over 6 months. Normally you will have to use the internet to access, now that doesn't work either.

Worse of the worst!!
This is the worst bank ever and the app as well. Don't get me started on the disrespect from customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional along with ridiculous procedures and lack of support. Do not use this bank unless it's 💯mandatory. Even then get it transferred immediately as funds hit. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Trying to get ahold of someone is ridiculous, I've been trying for days now, how can I report fraud on my account? Why is there no email option or live chat?

The app is great but the card is a hassle. You have to jump through hoops to speak to anybody. Does provide accurate information regarding your funds.

Stupid
No matter what I do on this app or on the phone, I cannot get in touch with a live person. I've tried to transfer funds to my bank account. It'll take the money out in the next couple of days. It's back on the card. It is such a hassle, trying to pay utility bills because they don't take this card. And I can only get $400 out of an ATM for over 24 hours. So I have to constantly go back to an ATM to get money out and put it in my bank account to pay bills. Hassle. Gas time, energy late fees. No customer service. Leave it up to the government.
