Not a user-friendly app I have tried so many times like 20 and in five years to link it so that every time I use it, I get a notification on my phone so I know what my balance is but you seem to not want to link it so every time I have to go in open the app to see how much money I have left on my card

Stinks
Kicks you out of app frequently. Takes too long to transfer funds to your bank. Using on PC is awful.

Horrible experience almost daily. Very confusing as far as trying to log in. Constantly having to change my password. Fingerprint never works. I dread having to deal with this app. I can't be the only one. I'm quite experienced with technology, so that's not it.

I constantly keep having this neighbor track my deposits on my child support card and the only way this information is giving out is by a government official agency to them preferably DHS in Lansing, Michigan. This information is leaked when I withdrawal from the ATM machine. This is suppose to be private information not public

Why is my app not working?

The app is fine it's the customer service that needs training and the fact the want to charge u for a new card because THEY sent the original one to the wrong address…

Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

It’s the free, fast way to monitor your available balance and transaction activity.

• Confirm your last deposit
• Change your PIN
• Set-up and manage deposit and balance alerts
• Manage notification preferences
• Activate a new Card
• Ability to view ancillary service charge information
