I ordered Grab and even gave a tip. To my horror, they put the food I ordered on my WALL >4meters away from my Apartment door and took a picture of it, proud of it. No refund too, naturally. 50 Dollars down the drain. Not to mention all the other stuff.

Bad customer service, an order for later prompt was not viable for cancellation as it was "accepted" by the merchant. Merchant said that their terminal was having issues and cannot accept orders. Cannot reach their customer service agent for proper response. Hoping for an improvement.
