Don't know what to say haven't had chance to even set up the app and it wants me to rate it but I'm pretty sure everything will be ok as I have been a green flag member in the past

I have never been able to use the app. I have had the policy for more than a year and whether I input the policy number or my car registration, it tells me they can't find me....extremely worrying if that happens when I or my daughter break down. I asked on the phone and they said my type of policy wasn't included on the app???

Unusable
Couldn't report my breakdown till I chose the right dropdown for the issue. I couldn't find an option for exhaust pipe fallen off car so there was no way to report it. Ended up phoning and then could hardly hear the person on the phone.

Can’t add policy
Been with Green flag over a year and still can't add my policy. Terrible app.

If you’ve broken down, getting help is easy.

Tap your location on the map, tell us a few details about what’s happened, and your technician will be on the way.

You can even live-track your technician’s location as they drive to you, for extra peace of mind.

Request -> Track -> Rescue. All in a few taps.

Oh, a quick note about how we use data on this app.

When you use our app, you’ll be sharing some data with us. This includes your location (which helps us find you if you break down), contact info, and your Green Flag account details. We also collect data that shows how you use our app. That way, we can plan new features and make improvements based on what you really need.

Rest assured, we never share the data we collect with anyone else.

If you’re not happy with the above, you can always call us instead of using the app if you break down.
