Always needs updating
EVERY time I go to use the app it needs updating, which you can't do when you're standing at the till ready to pay. So I never get to use it. Very frustrating.

A rubbish app that doesn't work it asks you to confirm the log in to your account with the phone number registered to it and then it has a problem with the fact the phone number is linked to an account already never used a more incompetent app

Apps ok, but the company isn’t
When a firm thinks it can increase its prices to the same as its competitors but the quality doesn't match its competitors, the company is starting to fail. Start of the end when charging premium prices for lesser quality goods. If you're gonna match Bayne's prices then you have to match their higher quality too.

Terrible app, cannot log in. It says it will text you a code that i never received. I emailed the greggs team. The reply was so slow. They reported that the issue was fixed. It still isn't. I give up. Delete.

Can’t even create an account
I go through all the steps to create an account and then at the final box I just get stuck in a loading screen. Have restarted the app multiple times and tried over different days and just doesn't work. What's the point of an app if I can't even get past the first hurdle?
