People at the stores don't realize they have to scan your app and when you tell them to scan it they get snotty and the app does not work by putting in your phone number I deleted the app

They aren't quite the bargain store they used to be. Many of the prices are just as high as any other grocery store. Also, I haven't been receiving the weekly ad emails for many months, no one at corporate replies.
