No costomer support I had an issue that wasn't within their preselected opinions so there's basically no way to actually get a hold of someone about this issue and I'm out money because of it. You seriously need to have an actual costomer service people can reach out to. We need actual help sometimes.

Horrible customer service. If you're unable to use a voucher, you can not trade in for something else so you don't lose your money. I definitely don't recommend it.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a groupon for 2 movie tickets. Instead, I got 2 groupons for 2 tickets each. I don't know if it was my fault or theirs, but within minutes, I contacted customer service. They refused to cancel the double order. I wanted to keep one but they wouldn't even cancel the one that was a mistake. Then they give me this: "I sincerely wish we could offer more flexibility in this unfortunate situation." Terrible.

I usually don't complain too much but this app is below one star I couldn't even use one coupon with any of their suppliers their customers don't work whatsoever I've not been able to use one coupon it's not good for rural places and half the coupons don't even work so I would strongly recommend never using this app

inconceivable. You buy a voucher for the price of €44.92, then €59.90 will be deducted from your deduction and if you then ask customer service to please refund the overpaid money, you can only opt for a Groupon voucher. By what right??? In my opinion, this is clear fraud and attempted stupidity! The only solution now was to cancel the entire purchase, wait 2 weeks for the refund to my account and never use Groupon again!
