Scam and not competent
They do not meet all delivery deadlines, they do not arrive or they take a long time to arrive. I have made 6 purchases and they appear as delivered and I have only received 1. They do not have effective customer service to make a claim and receive any solution in this regard. You waste money and time.

Beware of rip-off
Very bad AI service. No hotline. Empty promises. They just keep you waiting. Money gone forever. Voucher cannot be redeemed.

TOTAL SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECOURSE NONEXISTENT
They took money for a Trampoline park voucher and never sent me the voucher. They withdrew money from my account and never gave me an option to redeem the service. I contacted customer service and they would not help me nor refund me. I’ve now had to contact my bank just to get my money back for a service I never even received! Avoid at all costs. They will just give you the usual “sorry for your frustrations” without resolving a thing.

You are scammers and it is impossible to contact you, do not buy anything from here because then no one will help you and they keep your money for a service that I can't even use. I bought a Microsoft code to use on my computer and I can't use it because it is not compatible with my computer and I ask them for a refund and they have ignored me, they have not even contacted me, and there is no way to contact them because the phone numbers that appear are fake! You are SCAMMERS!

Terrible customer service and you'll always be treated badly the moment you mention your groupon discount. Highly recommend you just pay for what you need. It's not worth the hassle you go through to save 10 or 15 bucks.

I clicked off of a pop up on the website I was redeeming my coupon on, having already entered it. My coupon code was removed from where I had entered it, and when I tried to re-enter it it was no longer valid. This is a waste of money.

This site is only good for their prices cancellation doesn't work refund You won't get it so your best bet is make sure you choose what you want because I had a car that needed a wheel alignment and r&r said I need something fixed on my car in order to get my wheel alignment or it can break my axle I got the part fixed and they still can't fix it because it's something else wrong so I try to cancel my order and now I'm having the hardest time ever why is it so hard to cancel a order with your $

Stuff I ordered did not come and I'm over a month just now with nothing resolved. Groupon will not back you when the seller lets you down. I don't think they checking the sellers out properly
