New update doesn’t work
My app won't let me add things to my cart (yes i'm logged in and account is paid for). I click on my cart and it kepps glitching, reloading the paige and saying your cart is empty. Really annoyed I need to place my monthly order and cannot. This new version isn't great. Didn't have any issues with the last one.

App has been extremely buggy lately. Hard to even get the app to load, and when it is slow to load and doesn't accept all the changes made to subscriptions, the cart, or other information being entered. have chosen to uninstall and just use the website from now on. You definitely "fixed" a lot of things that weren't broken with this recent update.

Lovely company, but what an absolutely horrendous app they have! My most recent issue is not even being able to open the app whatsoever. It just sits there and "loads" with their logo on the screen. I tried restarting my phone, force closing the app, clearing the cache, nothing helps. The shopping cart never works either.

I've received multiple expired products from Grove, and the app and website are broken after a recent update. the app wouldn't even open today - just showed the loading swirl for a few minutes. Orders from before the update don't even show on the website.

I have an account, signed in and started adding items to carry. can't access the cart, it just keeps reloading the page

Ruined!
All my data is gone! Can't place my order! What was the purpose of new version? Old one worked perfect. Why mess with something that wasn't broken? Plus, email links don't go directly to the app - what gives? Very upset

The new update has made my app borderline unusable. It either takes 30+ seconds to open the app, or doesn't open at all. The loss of all my favorited items repeatedly (once when the app first changed and again recently, for seemingly no reason a few weeks later after I added new favorites). I've used the VIP subscription with Grove Collaborative since at least 2019 and this new app makes me want to cancel my account with Grove altogether. Please fix the app.

the update is terrible. I can't even make a purchase because the cart never loads. was told to re-install the app. I have done so about 8 times now and no fix. I'm considering switching to a different company. why grove???
