Gtb used to be one of my best banks until I started noticing issues with their app. I don't have a history of my transactions. I asked for account statement for Jan to Feb last year and I can't find it. The lack of accountability on the app is disheartening. I had to stop using it for major significant transactions. For a bank I really loved, it's painful. I will update this review if you work on the app.

This app needs serious improvement. I couldn't sign up on the app, and now they've barred me from verification saying I've attempted verification many times. I just tried verifying for four times but it's kept showing error and now I'm barred???

I did a transfer from my OPAY account to my GT BANK account and have been debited but I haven't been credited since pls was really going on

very poorly designed buggy app. GTbank's services have been on a downward spiral since the new app release. I've had to scale down on the use of my bank accounts since then and I might just close them outright. Unfortunate!

Your app keeps rotating each time you want to open it. It's so frustrating. This has been happening since your so-called upgrade. I have gone to customer care but there was no concrete solution.
