Terrible Upgrade/ Ugly and Confusing Interface
Who send you people to do this unnecessary upgrade. I can't even buy airtime for someone unless I have the number saved as my contact. Please return the app to the way it was before…. Don't give me unnecessary or else I'll dump the app.

Transaction success rate has really declined
The GTWorld app started so well but it has been so unreliable of late!! I have to attempt transfers multiple times before it goes through. This has led to processing of duplicate payments. Really frustrating
