I didn't trust it when my work started it, and now that I've personally been screwed over by it AND seen the discrepancy of what they report to the company and what I was actually paid I trust it even less. my coworker somehow even on a computer controlled system, was toggled to salary even after he had been paid numerous times before correctly. resulting in him being overpaid supposedly $800, while I was shorted 29hrs, is what brought all this to light.

I've used a few pay apps in my time and this has been subpar. I don't like that you cannot view your paycheck stub until the day of payday and not even first thing it's like midway through the day. I know when our payroll gets processed so the fact that it takes almost a week to update that part is frustrating. It makes budgeting impossible. I also hate how my check comes at the end of the day. I've never ever ever worked a job that delivers paychecks so late and it's this app not my employer.

good at what it does, but cannot do everything
the value of this app is undermined by it's inability to access/manage all aspects of your gusto account. it redirects you to the website, for example, to view your complete list of benefits. just use the website in the first place.
