Terrible-my work use this app
I use this app for work and I dislike it, I prefer ADP but this people only use this app, always late on payment and changing pay days, if you don't get paid before 5pm you'll get paid the next day, it's like when ever they want to send you the money. It's slow, never on time for pay day. I wish they had a better system for this app. Now I am paying late my rent because of them. Don't use this app for work at all.

Worst pay app ever. Nothing but glitches. When you call customer service they tell you how to navigate the app only to be wrong information. Customer service is completely disconnected from how their app functions. Lost a whole paycheck due to problems with this app and service. If your company uses this service I would recommend you ask to be issued paper check!!!

the way this app shows paid time off sucks. it forces users to add up all the pto they have used and subtract it from max anual pto to figure what is left for the year. if you go by their current available hours, you will find yourself with more hours than you expected at the end of the year due to the way they add accrualed hours. if your on a use it or loose it system you could lose pto days at the end. its mid Nov and i just realized i need to take 20 more days off in next 7 weeks.

direct deposit didn't go to my bank even though the app says it did. app is kind of a pain to navigate. **Edit** that was a pretty specific concern and the app shows no way of contacting customer service! Another concern.
