Scam
Get a free burger when you buy a drink from the app. No code, no email, no refund, just a lie to get me to create a useless account. They also dont answer phone calls.

Delayed Pick-up Not Working
Ordered at 10AM and set pick-up at 12:50PM. The order was immediately prepared and when I picked it up at 12:50PM, they had to remake it since it's been ready since 10AM. The very pleasant person behind the counter said that the pick-up time is not shown when ordered through app. Please fix app. Thanks!

Getting the BOGO offer is impossible. I could only buy 2 at reg price.

Missing customization options
I used to be able to sub the type of bread on a burger but that option has disappeared from the app. Also missing the option to customize a kid's burger; right now the only option is to remove the ketchup. My kid loves pickles and I want to be able to order that on the app. Please update the app to include these options! Thanks!

Ordering from the counter or kiosk should be the same as the app. I've spent a lot of money there and my app shows no sales. This might be my last time there.

Too complicated
Ordering with this app is too complicated. I will frequently ask my teenagers to order while we are on the way there. It takes a long time and then they are asked for email addresses and all kinds of other extra information. I have the app. I shouldn't need to provide any additional information. Get the food ready and let me pay when I get there if necessary.
