Can't pay cash from app, when you get there to pick up, no option, credit card only, makes no sense why you would not give option for cash, unless your a government prostitute, selling public info to big brother? Food sucks to boot.....

I do like the burgers but it's pointless to have this app. No points or offers like other food apps. Rating a one star.

Yum! I love this place. I like that they have the option to have half and half on the sides. The only complaint I have with them, is that if you use their in store order screen, it doesn't have this option? At least not offered in an obvious way. It's odd. So I sat down and used my app. No problem.

Ever since the Habit changed their app to the Habit Burger & Grill I have not been able to login with my existing password. When I try to reset my password, they don't send the reset link to my email address as they indicate they will. I'm unable to open a new account because it notifies me that I already have an account under my email address. In their website there is no appropriate contact information provided to ask for assistance with password issues. Very frustrating.

Modify Order (feature needed)

I enjoy eating at the Habit. Today I made the mistake of placing my order at the wrong establishment (there are two establishments on the same street name on neighboring cities). I wanted to cancel or transfer my order to the closer location only to find out that no feature was available. I try to cancel the establishment by looking up their phone number only to be unpleasantly surprised that the number listed doesn't actually connect me to this location, but to a general call center. I enjoy the food and I am generally pleased with the app, but today's predicament revealed an upgrade that is needed for this app.
