Love the Habit, the app - not so much. While you can add a gift card to your account, it cannot be used IN STORE. IN APP purchases only. Which is kind of sad. Also, I wish this place had rewards points or something. Discounts/Coupons are great but with there was a little more to this app.

Unable to reset password

My wife and I used to enjoy using this app as a reward member. However, an app update wiped out our login credentials and we can no longer login. We selected to reset our password in the app and it gives a message that it was sent to the account email address. However, we never received an email and also not in the junk folder. Tried to contact customer service over the last year, with no results. I tried creating a new account but that fails too with an error that my phone number is in use. Writing this review to warn others of the problem. I work as a programmer and there is no way testing of a simple function as sending an email. Inexcusable!!!

Time/order

Was in the drive thru for about 25minutes, I understand it's fresh so I was okay with the wait until I got home and my order was wrong

Way to cancel

There really needs to be a way to cancel an order. I entered noon as pickup time but then had to change something in my cart. When i went to finalize checkout I didn't realize it reset the pickup time. This could have been easily fixed if you allow a 3 minute window to cancel bc i realized it reset as soon as it said my order would be ready in 11 minutes.

Terrible app

Of all the fast food apps this one takes the crown for the worst. Rewards and discounts don't work whatsoever and I was unable to order any food.

Sad tech

Downloaded the app BECAUSE the advertising said I could get a free char burger. The app didn't let me redeem the code and I just went ahead and payed full price thinking I could use it another day. Now I can't get my free char burger because the offer changed and I have to pay extra.

Regarding Tips

I am happy to tip AFTER I can evaluate the service. It's obnoxious to ask for a tip beforehand. Stop it.

They never send email to reset pin

Once u forgot your login info, u are pretty much done with this app! They never ever send any emails to let reset password! Even if u try to reinstall the app, u can't register because your phone no has already been used! What a shame!
