Would be great if the app worked half the time. Unfortunately, more often than not, it just says "an unexpected error has occurred" and tells me to try closing and reopening, which never works. Occasionally uninstalling and reinstalling works, but it's not something I'm willing to do every time for an app that seems to be broken more often than it's functional.

Bring back the free ranch!
The habit has excellent food, but their prices are getting increasingly out of hand. The last straw was when they started making you pay for their ranch! At some point it is not worth it to go to fast food, when you can go to a reasonably priced restaurant for the same price.

Unfortunate…
When walking in, a sweet lady, i think she was the manager, was so nice BUT when picking up my takeout food, the guy giving me my food was rude, unpleasant & just plain RUDE!

Not so great this time
Food was cold, the counter tried to give my husband smaller drinks that we paid for and acted bent out of shape when he asked for the correct size cups. Finally we were not given out fries only our sandwiches so we paid $4 for fries we didn't even get. Do Better 😞

No stores offer advertised items. Help system for app is worse than nothing. Wastes time then does nothing.

The app is not very user friendly (as opposed to ordering on the website) as it could be and did not provide an option for any promo codes.
